Looking over Alcúdia Bay, this holiday hotel is set beside sand dunes and pine forests and in front of sands and Mediterranean waters. The Globales Concord boasts direct access to the beaches of Son Bauló.

Second year!
Currently away staying at the Concord. My mother and I stayed here same week last year.
It is still a beautiful hotel with stunning location.
However there are a few changes since last when the hotel was under Caprice.
The pool area isn’t being cleaned every day. Days worth of sand all over the floor and unclean tables.
Lunch is now at the Concord instead of the Janeiro hotel which it was last year. This is better.
The hotel doesn’t have entertainment but you can go to the Janerio to watch it at night but you can’t get drinks if all inclusive. I know it isn’t far but you don’t want to keep walking across to get a drink each time. I just don’t understand why you can’t get drinks if you allowed to watch the entertainment. This a change from last year which we find strange.
Overall having a lovely holiday. The staff are so friendly especially Tacu and the entertainment team Michel and Moises are great.

Amazing getaway
Came here with my friend for a girls’ getaway, and we had the best time! Sun, sea, cocktails – what more could you want?
The hotel room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sun loungers available, you didn’t need to get up super early to reserve one. The buffet food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from at every meal.
The staff were exceptional and really made our stay special. A special mention to Pepe in the restaurant, who was always smiling, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Tacu behind the bar was absolutely wonderful – he greeted us with a genuine smile every day, always took the time to have a chat and make us feel welcome. His friendly nature and fantastic cocktails made every visit to the bar a highlight of our holiday.
We wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.

July stay
Superb hotel very well located in a quiet area on the edge of a beautiful beach with a view of the mountains.
The hotel staff is very attentive.
Thanks to Maria (from the bar) for her constant smile and her kindness.

The food is very good and the terrace by the sea is truly exceptional.

Excellent
Staff amazing - so friendly and attentive. Sylvia on Reception was so accommodating and always happy! The fact that people can’t ‘reserve’ sunbeds is a deal breaker. It meant there were always sunbeds available. Food also very good although quite a few drinks not included in the all inclusive which was disappointing. Hotel very clean in communal areas.

Great week.
The hotel is about a 15/20 mins walk away from the centre of Can Picafort but that was a big plus for us. It’s in a great setting by the beach and sea and next to a Nature Park. There are enough shops and bars in the immediate neighbourhood. The hotel itself is very well appointed, we enjoyed the food and the staff are top notch.
