Magical Paradise
Having visited Mallorca for 30 years we are looking to explore new places, so after a week in a lovely Villa in La Font we headed to Capdepera.
From approaching the hotel, it was clear that we were entering somewhere special and magical.
The first impression was the bespoke scent they have created for the hotel, that is both welcoming and elegant - what a brilliant thought.
This was the first of a million hugely thoughtful touches, that ran through the entire experience.
The hotel is a former convent that was converted by a local family. This is clearly a labour of love where the focus is quality over short term returns - everything is just done better than in needs to be - the approach of a custodian investing for generations.
The interior design is sensational and the art on the walls - the hotel is also a gallery - eclectic and thought provoking.
The view from the room overlooking the castle is jaw dropping and the sunsets take your breath away - I could sit there watching the sun set and looking at the night stars forever.
The hotel is truly a magical paradise that it was a privilege to stay in.
Whilst the hotel, the bricks and mortar, the art and furnishings are sensational, what makes it come alive, its beating heart are its staff.
This is what defines a customer experience and every single person was exceptional and made the whole experience come to life.
There were too many people to name, but I must say a massive huge thank you to Marlene and Svetlana were simply brilliant and defined our stay.
Thank you all for creating such a magical heaven - a little heaven on earth is somehow fitting in a convent?

Lovely boutique hotel
We stayed for one night at this lovely hotel. Location is great, just 200m from the town square, Rooms were superb, the only minor negative, a full length mirror should be added, apart from that I cannot fault the rooms. The interior of the whole hotel was beautiful, pool area was great and service around the pool was good. The interior restaurant was lovely but I think the restaurant terrace could look better, maybe nicer tables and chairs or at least tablecloths in the evening, also it was quite hot under the terrace awning, a retractable one would be better. Food was very good, so overall we found the hotel very good and great value for money. We will definitely return.

Superb property beautifully refurbished
I would defy anyone to visit this hotel and not be anything other than hugely impressed with the superb renovation job that has been carried out. It is a top class property with all public rooms (and indeed the pool area) standing out as being of the highest quality.
But, it is now a hotel which takes more than just a fabulous property (although it does help). I hate to be critical of staff particularly as they were so friendly. However, they cannot treat you as if this is your first ever stay in a decent hotel. We understand how things work and don't need to be patronised (we know air con stops working if you open the balcony doors; we know that the minibar/fridge in the room should be colder than room temperature; we even know that butter is served in Spain even if the waitress at breakfast didn't!). None of these "issues" ruined our stay (well the failing fridge nearly did) and the Royal Suite we'd booked was fabulous with the most amazing roof top terrace (up a very steep set of stairs from the main room).
The Pool area is appealing, plenty of beds albeit a reasonable walk from the main hotel. Pool service is by QR code which I hate but seems to be the trend now. Breakfast was excellent when we finally found the butter and the food at dinner in the main restaurant was very good.
Would we stay again...yes! I would also add that for a hotel of its quality it compares very well price wise with others.

Incredible experience!!!
The hotel is amazing, a medieval building but completely renovated and modern. The rooms are excellent, the pool view amazing and the indoor pool looks like you're in a palace.
