Very bad, null, the attention of the receptionist

This year we have not been able to go to this apartment.
We were there last year and everything was fine.
We wanted to go back, and yesterday we spoke to a receptionist who told us she would call us to give us the price so we could make a reservation if it was convenient for us.
He didn't call or anything.
We have booked elsewhere and hope it goes very well for us.
Thanks for nothing!!!!

Contstant noise from an engine (ac or similar) makes sleep impossibile. Hot water needs to recharge and you have to wait 30 minutes after using hot water. Only pros is the girl at reception who is very kind.

It's the worst thing I've ever tasted.

Doors have mold, we find ants while we shower, I had an ant on my face, the walls have grease mitts, the floor is succumbent, and we find poop in the toilet bowl, horrible deserves a zero. I'm not coming back.

We were just there for one day. The rooms are big and spacious, beds are nice and comfy with a full kitchen - great for longer stays - close to the highway. The only reason 3 star on property condition was because our ac was leaking in the night but no other issues and it did not disrupt our sleep. The restaurant was very highly rated and packed.
