Happy vacation.
Our experience was very positive; it is true that they just opened and some things need to be polished, but on the other hand, it has great staff, which is the most important asset. The hotel is a wonder, very cozy. They make you feel at home. Many thanks to Juan Carlos, your work is visible everywhere. Thanks also to Domingo and Pepe, two great professionals, solving problems and making your stay very pleasant. Thanks to Zarai from the TONNO restaurant, extending to all the waiters, you are wonderful, to Maria José, Alberto, Pablo, and I am missing many.
And thanks, of course, to the director, Esperanza, for having made it possible to extend our stay; we were so comfortable that we did not want to leave.
We will return without a doubt.

Lovely relaxing holiday
We have just returned after a fab holiday at best village hotel
Location perfect beautiful beach , hotel brand new and kept so clean staff all very friendly rooms with everything you need
Lovely pools we were premium guests and mainly used the roof top pool where we had drinks and lovely fruit stewers and wonderful views especially at sunset
The adult pool was infinitely and so relaxing, 2 other pools which was used for families mainly
The food in our opinion was lovely the selection definitely beats a lot of hotels we have stayed in pizzas in the oven was lovely for a lunch and the wok station amazing
The resort in our opinion is definitely up and coming and could do with a good bus service we got a cab to Chipiona and walked back along the beach took about an hour Costa Ballena a walk about 10 mins
We flew into Jerez airport and was through the airport in about 20 mins and that was doing the new entrance security
We will definitely return to this lovely holiday

Great time bad drinks
The room was very good and clean. Beach needs parasol and sun lounger hire. Not being allowed to take drinks onto beach from bar when little availability is provided is bad.
Shop to small for size of hotel.
Limited drinks available. Vending machines dont work. Spa was boring. Only given 1 bottle of water a day and 2 other drinks to start with. Had to walk to ballena to get drinks for fridge so we could actually have something to drink.

An excellent stay, with a lot of potential
We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Village Chipiona. Taking into account that it is a very recent hotel, opened a couple of months ago, we believe that it is still in an adaptation phase, but it has enormous potential.
One of the aspects that we liked the most was the direct access to the beach, which makes the stay much more comfortable. The pools are fantastic, spacious, and very well maintained. The breakfast surprised us with its variety and quality. In addition, the sundae-style ice cream machine was a real hit, especially for families with children. We also want to highlight the quality of the drinks and cocktails at the bar, always very well prepared.
Regarding the food, the variety of the buffet was very good. The live cooking stations (woks) were one of our favorites, and the pizzas at the buffet were also very good.
One of the best experiences of our stay was, without a doubt, dining at the Italian restaurant Tono. It completely exceeded our expectations. The pizzas were excellent and we only regret not having gone more times during our vacation.
The pork and chicken were always very well prepared. However, the beef frequently had too much gristle, being the only aspect of the food that we believe could improve.
We also want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, as well as the excellent cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. A special thanks to the manager, Cláudio, for his approachability and attention throughout our stay.
One point to improve is the opening hours of the main restaurant. Although there was an announced schedule, on several days the opening was delayed quite a bit. During our stay (from June 20 to 25) the hotel already had high occupancy, so we believe it would be advisable to increase the number of employees during peak hours to offer more agile and organized service to all guests, regardless of the meal plan booked.
The entertainment was pleasant and the team was always very friendly. We would like to especially thank Lito, Carlos, and Hugo, the hotel mascot, for making sure the children enjoyed themselves so much. As a suggestion, we believe the entertainment program could be a bit more varied and dynamic. Even so, the final Disney show was, without a doubt, a perfect grand finale for families with children.
As a suggestion for Portuguese guests, we believe the coffee served in the bars could be improved, as it was one of the few aspects that did not meet our expectations.
The rooms are modern, comfortable, and were impeccably clean. As a sole suggestion, it would be positive to improve the soundproofing of the hallways a bit, as the noise of people passing by could be heard. In contrast, noise coming from the pool or outside was barely audible.
Overall, we have had a very positive experience. We believe that, with small adjustments typical of such a new hotel, it can become a benchmark in the area. We hope to return next year and see all these improvements.
