Hotel Perfecto

We go to this hotel with a certain frequency, as we attend the concerts and performances of both the Auditorium and the Colosseum, and the Hotel Los Lanceros is perfectly located and has a great private parking, which with the outrageous prices that in San Lorenzo have the other public parking is an important plus of this hotel.
It is a clean accommodation, with spacious and well decorated rooms, the bathroom is up to the best, it is quiet and noiseless, it is complemented by a suitable cafeteria and an honest restaurant, plus all the service and reception staff are very professional, very polite and charming.
And this is the truth.

Real disappointment

We made a reservation confusing on the date, we were later canceled and charged integral. When requesting to speak with the director to try to change dates ta that we could not ultimately stay never deign to take even a phone call. Very unfortunate.

Good location, lousy hotel, not recommended

I don't know what criteria they use to rate the hotels with stars , this specifically only four stars has it in the price , being the same Service on Friday 67 EU. And on Saturday, 130th, America, the pillows are lousy, uncomfortable with lumps in the padding, my partner and I came out with cervical pain, the mattress like a hardwood and the facilities super run down, the hotel itself, dark and lacking in cleanliness and hygiene,
I do not recommend it....

I recently stayed two nights at Hotel Los Lanceros in El Escorial, and while there are a few positives, this establishment falls far short of the 4-star standard it claims.
The Positives:
•The location is truly excellent. Just a short walk to the Monastery of San Lorenzo, restaurants, shops, and cafes. It is well-situated for anyone exploring the town.
•The hotel staff were respectful, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay.
The Negatives:
•This is not a 4-star hotel by international standards. At best, it would qualify as a 2-star property.
•The building appears to have been last renovated in the early 1990s and has not been properly updated since. Everything from the elevators to the hallway carpeting, furniture, and doors shows clear signs of wear and aging.
•I encountered serious issues with the air conditioning. My first room left me waking up drenched in sweat at 3:00 a.m. due to AC failure. I was told it would be fixed, but by the second night, it still had not been resolved. At midnight, I had to be moved to a second room. While the AC in the new room worked better, it was still centrally managed with a fixed minimum of 27°C, which is far too warm, especially in summer.
•Even in public areas like the restaurant, air conditioning was insufficient, making breakfast and indoor stays uncomfortable in the summer heat.
•The carpets throughout the hallways are worn, faded, and stained, with visible patches where repairs or replacem

Terrible experience

The establishment is not at all recommended. The staff's attention is very poor, as is the state of the facilities. The cleaning is insufficient and the air conditioning works terribly. The price-performance ratio leaves much to be desired. It doesn't deserve the stars it advertises.
