Apartamentos Larga 70

THE HOTEL FROM CUENTAME (TV) AND THE HOTEL OF HORRORS
I stayed with my partner for two nights, and thank goodness it was only two.
We arrived on Sunday the 24th around 9:30 PM due to work issues, we went with great enthusiasm since even though it was only two days, we wanted to unwind and enjoy a vacation, and on Tuesday the 26th in the morning we left, and honestly, it was a total mistake.
Several warnings:
1° If you are a person with ALLERGIES: whether gluten, lactose, eggs, nuts.... The breakfast buffet only has cookies, chorizo, salami, York ham, and cheese, all mixed together, which causes pure contamination; there are also no lactose-free or soy milks, and if you at least want to have an infusion, you can't either... Because the hot water comes from the coffee machine, meaning pure contamination again.
2° IF YOU HAVE ANY ILLNESS: for example, if you have diabetes and need to carry insulin with you, there are no refrigerators; if you bring any kind of medication or anything, forget it; if you have migraines, prepare to hear a CLIN CLIN CLIN from the dripping shower all night, the air filters in from somewhere and is very loud; I also did not see elevators, so if you are on the second floor, you will have to use the stairs.
3° IF YOU HATE TOBACCO: there is no smoke detector anywhere, so everyone who enters smokes everywhere and it smells everywhere.
SUMMARIZING OUR STAY:
On the first day, we arrived at night, and the gentleman at the entrance received us very kindly; upon arriving at the room, we realized that it did not have a refrigerator or a bathtub, which we requested; he told us not to worry that they would bring the refrigerator first thing in the morning and that if possible, they would change our room. The next day, on Monday morning, the guy who attended us was very rude, super unfriendly; I did not want to argue with him because for the two days we have on vacation, I did not want to, but I mentioned what our colleague had told us, and he said that he was not going to change us, that he was not going to give us refrigerators, that there were none, and that the other colleague must have been confused; I told him that then what should we do with the food since it was going to spoil (having reserved a refrigerator), and he told me to talk to the kitchen staff and that he would make the favor of keeping the food for me, excuse me???? That was for a complaint form, and besides, everything was said in a very rude manner.
The room was all chipped, the bed was super uncomfortable, a lot of noise... A nightmare, we wanted to leave as soon as we arrived, but we were so tired... And I had already paid everything, which they would not refund me.
In summary, DO NOT COME.
AHHH AND I MUST TELL YOU THAT IF YOU LIKE THE TV SERIES "CUENTAME COMO PASO," THE LITTLE ROCKING CHAIRS AT THE DOOR ARE TERRIFYING AT NIGHT, IT'S ALL DARK AND THEY MOVE WITH THE AIR, AND THEY ARE VERY, VERY SCARY. IT'S NOT A PLACE TO COME WITH CHILDREN, THERE'S A POOL THAT CAN ONLY FIT 6 PEOPLE AT MOST, AND IT'S A LITTLE PUDDLE, LIKE THE TYPICAL ONES YOU BUY IN A STORE BUT MADE IN THE GROUND, EMBARRASSING. I repeat, we didn't leave because of exhaustion and because they weren't going to refund our money, but do not come. I am leaving photos and videos so you can check the condition of everything.
And to finish, when we were about to leave, the unfriendly guy at the door, we asked him if they had any cart to take the luggage to the car, and he told us that was not an option there, so we had to manage as best we could...
The only good thing is that all the cleaners are lovely.
But in summary, do not come here; for what it costs, it is better to go to a hostel, cheaper, better service, and surely friendlier.

No renewal in the buffet. Always the same.
Critical points of the stay,
Deficiencies in the room,
The absence of nightstands and support bases stands out, poorly located outlets, non-functioning fixtures, and the lack of a refrigerator. Ventilation was also problematic; it opens to an interior courtyard with a lot of dirt.
It is completely frustrating to arrive at an accommodation and find that reality does not match the advertising at all. Extremely old facilities need renovation; the official category does not correspond to the actual state of the facilities.
We encountered children from two schools. At lunchtime, it was impossible to even talk due to the noise, but the worst part was that those schools left, and other schools came in, and they placed them where we were, and we were moved to the terrace. It is a shame that we were treated like third-class guests. They should notify at the time of hiring that during these dates they accept schools.
The buffet service is limited, with a small variety of dishes and a menu overly focused on children's food,
850 km from the beach and 1.60 km from the center.
I regret to say that I do not recommend it.

I was quartered in this hotel from 31/03/2026 to 08/04/2026 due to a car breakdown by my insurance company.
Thin walls, you can hear everything. Again and again large and noisy tour groups, which was especially disturbing when eating. Breakfast very modest: several times old rolls, no eggs, no yogurt, no cereal (it was still present at the beginning and after it ran out, it was not replaced ).
Rooms were only superficially cleaned.
Location in itself good: Beach in 10 minutes walking distance, as well as shopping.
I experienced the worst when checking out..2 hours before that I was informed that my insurance had not yet settled the outstanding amount, they would not be satisfied with the cost credit and I had to settle the amount on site, otherwise they would not let me go and would call the police. I tried to clarify this with my insurance company, which also assured in a conversation directly with the employee at the reception that the amount would be paid, but this can still take a few days, as this is the normal procedure. The manager also joined and was very unkind and even accused me of this being my fault..unbelievable!
When I later came to the reception to settle the amount, the police were already on the scene.
I've never seen anything like it.
So I would definitely not recommend this place!

Scammed and tricked
I called a week earlier to ask if the pool would be open on the dates of 29-09 to 03-10, indicating that until 30-09 at least it would be open, the rest of days would depend on the weather. My surprise was when I arrived at the hotel on 29-09 I found the pool closed, claiming that the previous day it had been bad weather and they had decided to bring forward the closure of the pool. When the day we arrived and the following days the weather would be practically summer. After talking to the reception staff, who were very polite and friendly, we decided to talk to the hotel director to try to solve the problem. Giving us excuses that in the pool we would be cold, that only we would make use of the pool and that it is very expensive to maintain, showing a little unacceptable empathy for your charge, considering that I travel with two young children. Finally after much arguing and fighting we managed to get the pool to reopen until at least 30-09. The surprise came on the day 01-10 with temperatures near 30° that the pool had closed completely. Collecting everything from it; access stairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and doing the pruning. Which forced me to spend all day outside the hotel with my wife and two young children (one 3 years and one 3 months) having in those 3 days forecast temperatures of practically summer. But for the treatment received by all workers: cleaning, waiters, reception, maintenance the stay would have been a real bitterness. I would not recommend this hotel at all because it is clear that the direction that runs it is not the right one, let alone I plan to return.
