Fantastic

We stayed as a starting point to explore the Basque Country. Very clean hotel, large and spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed. The location is in an industrial area, but it did not bother us since we went to a different place every day. They offered us the option to have breakfast there, and it was a great decision because the tapas were delicious every day. We had dinner several nights at the hotel because the menu was extensive, but the best part was the quality of the food at good prices. Special mention for Mari Carmen from the restaurant. Great person, kind and dedicated. My son keeps her in a little corner of his heart.

Terrible restaurant service.

We stayed 3 days at the hotel, we went to have dinner at the restaurant and we encountered a total lack of knowledge of the menu items on the part of the worker at said restaurant, offering us a totally different dish than the one we asked about, as well as its terrible quality when tasting it.
*In the 3 days the cleaning service has not changed the trash in the room.

1 hour between courses to first serve "VIP" people who arrived later

We coincided with a cycling race and we had to wait almost an hour between courses because when the cyclists and their families arrived to eat, they decided to serve them first despite the fact that we had arrived much earlier.
Neither cyclists, nor football players, nor carpenters. I don't care about the profession; we also had a reservation and had sat down half an hour earlier. And if your policy is to serve in order of arrival and keep you waiting almost an hour between courses, the least you can do is communicate that when you call to make the reservation.
The food was fine, nothing more.
Conclusion: with so many good places to eat in Eskoriatza and Aretxabaleta, there is no reason to come here. I do not recommend it

Disrespect for the customer

In March, I booked and paid, then 30 minutes later I told them I was bringing my dog (I had already come with my dog) but surprise, no more dogs allowed. Immediately I requested a refund, with difficulty they accepted but since then no refund despite sending the IBAN and no further correspondence.
Dishonest and incorrect people.

Exensive 15 minutes - No longer accept Pets

Wanted to rebook as this hotel has good location and accepted pets. This year I booked on their website then found out they no longer take pets. Telephoned and cancelled within 10/15 minutes of making the booking. Spoke to English speaking receptionist who assured me they would cancel my booking and that the money would be refunded to my bank. I was very clear on this. Booking cancelled and received confirmation email. No refund received and no reponse to my 3 emails. A very expensive 15 minutes. Don't be caught out, double check.
