We loved our stay at the hotel. Staff were really friendly, breakfast was a highlight & the focaccias at the pool were delicious! The town is a lovely sleepy village, and was perfect for a quiet long weekend. We’d definitely come back!

Location, staff, facilities, cuisine… all of it is unbeatable!!! Congratulations to each and every employee, reception, kitchen, dining room… who made our stay wonderful.

We have enjoyed every aspect

We are a couple from Mallorca who know the area and we liked it very much. We had a room with sea views with terrazzo that we loved. The staff very friendly and the breakfast extraordinary, very careful and with a share of Mallorcan food very complete and high quality. The SPA is also very good. How only improvement I would ask that there be a coffee/tea maker in the room to make a coffee or infusion.

Terrible.

We spent a weekend from Friday to Sunday in reg. Half board.
They gave us a room. In an annex in front of the hotel, dirty, very dirty, smelling of damp and tobacco, the hab. It had only one window, we opened door and window to vent.In the kettle bathroom there was no soap.
The views are beautiful, and we were very excited to spend a special weekend as it was also our 50th wedding anniversary. And the stay was a gift that some friends made with enthusiasm and affection.
We went to dinner at 20:30, although the hours were until 22:00.
The starters are buffet although there was NOTHING left, remnants of a spinach salad , most customers are German and dine at 19'00 at most, raze everything and the hotel do not replenish ANYTHING, it was 20'30!!
We ordered some cheese and they said there was no left, we are in a 4*?? half board hotel!
The main course comes in a menu in which few enter the m.p.oara other dishes
You have to pay a supplement.
We ask for supplements and cava to celebrate.
When they brought the dishes I asked the waiter if he could bring us some bread, because there was not even in the buffet
He said we had to pay 5e. Supplement and wait 15 minutes!!??
The "official" bartender is very unpleasant, arch and unprofessional.
Our expectations fell apart, we even considered leaving the hotel.
The next night was just as terrible.
We are fond of hiking and this managed to relax the bad being of this site.
In the evenings there is no entertainment whatsoever, we do NOT recommend it.
Between the terrible room, the bad treatment of the waiter, the supplements, and the unprofessional in Gral., we would not come back for nothing, EVER.
