Excellent Hotel

This hotel is excellent. We stayed last night as it was our wedding anniversary and the hotel couldn’t have done more for us. Staff at check in were great, the room overlooking the square was immaculate and the roof top bar is a must. We also ate at Makako and that was also 10/10. Stay here if you are in Estepona old town, you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect in every way

I am just going to repeat every other review so I’ll be quick!
Service - excellent
Staff - wonderful & welcoming
Cleanliness - absolutely spotless
Beds - sleeping on a cloud
Rooms - nicely decorated with good toiletries and minibar

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here this summer! We stayed for 10 nights and honestly have nothing to complain about. Central location, incredibly clean, and lovely interior. The staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish, and they really went the extra mile to ensure impeccable service. From easy transport to and from the airport, a welcome bottle of sparkling wine at check-in, to a cake served in the room when one of us had a birthday.
The restaurant Casafina became our favorite, and here too the service was top-notch alongside truly delicious food. With the hotel's own rooftop bar as well, this made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

Incredible welcome from the front desk - I did not catch her name - but she remembered mine every morning. Stunning decor and design - the hotel is breathtaking and located in the most beautiful square in Estepona. The room is spacious, well equipped and with an amazing view. The shower is worth a mention - best shower I have ever had in any hotel - anywhere. All in all including the outstanding rooftop bar and restaurant, this hotel will remain long in your memory - all for the right reasons :-)

Noisy rooms, poor sleep

The location of this hotel is great, right in the middle of bustling Estepona and 2 min walk from the beach. Parking is not possible at the hotel, this must be in a parking garage about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, not very comfortable with a lot of luggage, you then have to trudge through the center. Staff is willing to help you with this, by the way.
The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful.
The rooms are very noisy, you hear both everything from the outside and the noisy chambermaids going around the hotel from 8:00, these do not really take into account that people are still sleeping at this time. You can also hear the guests walking very well on each floor. The beds are hard and not comfortable, we really had our backs in the morning. In addition, our shower door was defective, shower head leaked enormously and the window closures defective.
All in all for us not a very pleasant stay.
