Terrible customer service and the windows are very dirty.

It had been a long time, and I would dare to say that I have never seen such dirty windows in a room. Very, very dirty. The dirt was from a long time ago; it is not just due to the recent rains. They should not provide a room with such dirty windows. I am attaching photos.
Additionally, there is no one available before 12:30, nor is there an emergency phone for after the takeout service closes. You cannot leave your luggage before check-in, nor can you report any issues before check-out, much less leave your suitcase for a few hours after checking out.
The room I received, besides the mentioned dirty windows, did not have a plug at the head of the bed; the nearest one was at the foot of the bed.
The employees do what they can, but they are not responsible, and those in charge do not take responsibility. Very poorly managed; I neither recommend it nor will I return.

Dismal customer service

We went to dinner 10 people at the Zahara de Ferrol Restaurant and the tab was almost 240 €. We ordered several dishes and generally the food was delicious. That's precisely why what happened in the end with a potato omelet we ordered to share is more angering. We found two hairs, one of them clearly inside the tortilla, under the egg and potato layer, so it couldn't have fallen afterwards. When he told the waiter, his only answer was that we should have told him sooner, without apologizing or offering any solution. For me, the worst thing was not only finding that in food, but how to manage it: with an unprofessional attitude and not kind. Too bad, because dinner was going well up until that point.

Bad experience and worse education.

I am sorry to have to write this review but I am obliged to do so after the experience of yesterday .There are things that depend on the establishments and others of the people and in this case it was a cluster. We call the place to reserve a table and they tell us that they do not make reservations , that we have to go in person and queue , so far well , we go to the place with a small girl to perform the queue since we see that there are not many people, while we wait for some friends who were finishing parking , when we ask for a table for 5 and the girl in a high-spirited tone tells us screaming that we have to be the 5 to allocate a table , I indicate that you can assign it to me equally since we prefer to wait them sitting and drinking something while they arrived, having a small girl tells us that it is policy of the establishment and that it can not do ...... to all this a rude energumeno from behind rebuking my explanations ends saying that he cares about a pepper, that they are next and that I leave the queue to attend , the girl pulls me aside and starts talking to this element, not without first my daughter start crying about the violentness of the situation. Obviously we're not going back, wherever I go I won't have a good word about this place, and of course we'll advise everyone anywhere but this. They have lost 5 customers. Plus anyone who reads this review and can use it
