Magic Monika Holidays se nachází 300 metrů od pláže Poniente a nabízí posilovnu, jacuzzi a bazén ve stylu laguny se skluzavkami. Každý ze stylových apartmánů má zařízenou terasu a satelitní TV.

Good family holiday
Overall a very good family holiday.
Lovely pool area and several slides to enjoy. Swim up bar is a novelty but not very practical with the required reusable cups (much easier just to walk to the bar). Sunbeds do get taken very quickly in the morning but this is standard for the area as the hotels are only on small plots of land. Pool was well lifeguarded.
Food was good, loads of choice, lots of hearty dishes, and a huge fresh salad/cheese/meats selection. There was a different themed area each night which added a little variety. Everyone found something to eat. There was also a snack bar (which was really a mini restaurant)) available all day so you will never be hungry. Drink wise there was branded spirits, beer wine and cocktails.
Reception staff very helpful. Bar and restaurant staff work really hard to keep queues down and the areas clean and tidy.
Hotel is located in a nice area on the outskirts of benidorm. Mainly residential buildings nearby so not to noisy or busy. Its a 5 minute walk to the a nice beach where you cam hire a pedalo, there a few shops around there too.
The lifts are old and do get busy at peak times, you just have to be patient, we never waited more than 5 minutes, and usually a lot quicker than that.
The only negative is that the rooms do need refurbishing. They are quite old fashioned and have lots of repairs, especially the bathrooms. But everything worked and it wouldn't put me off coming again.
We were a little worried after reading other reviews but at the end of the day this is not a 5 star resort and you get what you pay for! For what we paid i think its a very good hotel and a nice location.
You can catch the no2 bus into town, but as there were 5 of us its a similar price to use the official taxis, which the hotel staff can request for you.
We used the extras included and enjoyed having a day out at the zoo and waterpark (1 day to do both was ample for us) and also the medieval show, and a day at Robin hood park for a change of scenery.

Fantastic Holiday
This was our first time here, we stayed for 10 nights. We were a bit apprehensive after reading so many negative reviews, but we couldn’t fine fault with anything.
On arrival 1.30pm we were seen to quickly, our room wasn’t ready but only waited an hour for it. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
We were on floor 20 tower 2. The lifts can be slow but we never waited too long. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.
Food - probably the best all inclusive we have been to. So many options for everyone. The restaurant staff work so hard clearing tables some of which you would think animals from the zoo had eaten at!
Pool - amazing, yes people line up for sun beds but really there is no need too. We were usually down around 9 and didn't struggle for a sun bed . The pool isn’t freezing as stated in other reviews it’s actually perfect for cooling down in.
Staff - all the staff work so hard, always people cleaning, bar staff are fantastic always so happy.
Entertainment - the entertainment staff work so hard all day long around the pool, the evening entertainment might not be everyone’s cup of tea but again they work so hard to put on a good show for everyone.
Location - really nice area, lots of bars and restaurants towards the beach. The beach was lovely.

5 day all inclusive holiday
We just finished our 5 day family holiday. Great place for kids, lots of activities, lovely food. Tasty, lots of choices. Hotel is cleaned regularly, rooms and around. Would like to honor one cleaning lady Fiorica, spotless job!
All staff was nice, very helpful all the way starting from reception. We lost bag coming from the airport and they didn’t refuse help. Kids happy, holiday happy, will recommend!!

DONT LISTEN TO THE KARANS
Not one for writing reviews but it boils my blood to see so many negative reviews which also made me speculate, and it couldn’t be more Opposite to what certain individuals stated.
Main Negative topics, were lifts, rooms.
• Lifts were perfectly fine and rapid no issues.
• room is massive with three large double beds clean and air con is on point. They even top up your fridge daily with soft drinks and beers. Yeah little dated but you’re only sleeping in there not spending your holiday.
Atmosphere & pool is on point. Pool is out of this world and temperature is perfect.
Food is great & constant all day.
Bars are quick for service and staff do their job well.
For me it was a 9.5/10.
Only slight negative is the sun beds wars when you got Karen’s and Ken’s queuing from 8am for doors to open at 9am. We went down at 10am and still got decent sun beds. If can’t beat them join them but it is quite pathetic, so if do join them be prepared to feel like a dry lunch.
Would recommend to all family’s especially if you got kids under 10.

Brilliant hotel
Brilliant Holiday Hotel was amazing location ideal and everything a family needed on site. The pools were excellent and well laid out. Great water flumes. entertainment was excellent and varied. It felt safe, and was spotlessly clean.. every single member of staff we were in contact with seemed happy and they were always polite and helpful. The food was fantastic and catered for everyone’s needs.
