There were problems
All the other reviews are pretty accurate. It’s a nice family hotel that does cater for all . HOWEVER our party included 8 month old twins and at first it was impossible to use the room allocated to us as it was Up 1.5 flight of stairs ! Try carrying two heavy babies that can’t walk and put your room key in at the dang time ! It was impossible and dangerous . NB Buggies must be left in a corridor and can’t be taken into a room . There is no buggy access to first floor rooms. The next day we were given a better room with smaller stairs but sadly not ground floor . And the hotel charged extra EU 300 . I will be taking this up with Jet2 .

Super.
We had an excellent time; the waiters at the restaurant and pool bar were very friendly, and the reception was also super nice.

Very solid family hotel - we would gladly return
We were on-site for a week with 3 generations and were absolutely positively surprised by how well this hotel caters to children and families.
We felt completely comfortable and everyone had a great time.
If a couple without children wants to vacation and have some peace, this may not be the right hotel.

I expected better.
I stayed with my family until today, June 15, for a week. Upon arrival, it was clear from the outside that it was not a 4-star establishment. At the reception, they do not provide any information; you basically have to figure everything out on your own. Also, the primary language is German instead of Spanish; it felt like being in Germany.... Furthermore, there was little consideration from the staff, except for a very kind new Cuban employee who has been working there for a short time. For the price they charge, I honestly expected more; the room was quite old as well. The food is good and varied, but nothing exceptional. Honestly, I would not return; the pool is not bad but quite small.

We will return.
I want to congratulate the lifeguard. A young guy, I don't know if he is Argentine or Uruguayan. For your attention at all times. Very kind and dedicated. Helpful staff and everyone was very attentive.
