We were disappointed by the treatment.
At Reception, the service was very pleasant upon arrival.
At 8:00 PM, we were having drinks on the hotel terrace, and there were 3 incidents that we found unpleasant and uncharacteristic of an establishment that relies on tourism:
- We were told that the children could not play there, and that if they wanted to play, they should go to the parking lot where cars were coming in and out.
- Subsequently, we were told rather unkindly to lower our voices as there were many English guests sleeping.
- And finally, when we were sitting on the terrace, one of the staff members started watering the plants with a hose, and when she finished, she began to water the floor of the terrace, flooding both the area where we were sitting and the access stairs that people use, and at one point, we even experienced a splash.
We felt that we were being kicked out of the facilities when all we were doing was enjoying a pleasant afternoon with the wonderful views and spending money on their premises.
The children really liked the rooms because they have stairs leading to a loft with beds, and a window with nice views.
Very weak breakfast. There is nothing hot and what there is
is of very poor quality. There was no replenishment. Not in line with the price.
We felt that we were not well received for having children and for adhering to Spanish schedules, when I remember that we are in Spain.

Good hotel
An absolute quiet for those who want to be really quiet , and if the night is clean then the stars are a good company .
The funicular is 50 meters away.

We ordered a Cantabrian tomato salad and were amazed by its freshness and flavor.
For the first course we ordered two fabadas, with which we were impressed by the flavor of the bacon, blood sausage, etc., and the faves; and some lamb chops, which were also delicious, very juicy, tender, just right, and with an accompaniment of fried potatoes and padrón peppers that were spectacular.
Finally, some sensational desserts, the best cheesecake we have ever tried, lamb's lettuce, and an exquisite flan.
Excellent attention and very fast when serving the dishes.
