Like at home

What stands out about this hotel is, firstly, how well located it is, secondly, the exceptional treatment of the owners and thirdly, the cleanliness of the rooms.
To all this we must add that the day starts exceptionally well with the wonderful breakfast they offer.

This hotel deserves a health inspection RIGHT NOW. He says two stars and has one left over. Being a two-star hotel does not have to be so terrible, I have been in boarding houses in Madrid of many more category than this that calls itself hotel. To begin with, Mr. Reception was very friendly, but the one who was at breakfast a bitter inconsiderate with my 82-year-old mother, very little empathy, because I did not want to put a coffee until I came down, there I had my mother waiting for the poor one to be available for breakfast.
Dwarf beds are beds for children not adults. The shared lift with the Maid Service, so in the morning the lift with overbooking. And already the cleaning of the courtroom on duty, I only leave two photos for you to see the disgust that gave. The pity is it was all paid for, otherwise we'd only have spent one night at most. The only good thing this wax is about everything. Otherwise, better to look for other options.

Nefarious treatment of the owner

The owner of the establishment showed no sensitivity or education when I informed her of the recent death of a relative. His response, implying that "all incidences arise when it is cloudy or rainy", was highly inappropriate. Since I can’t respond at Booking, I’m doing it here so you can consider improving your empathy and treatment of customers. I attach the proof of my attendance at my grandfather's funeral, as I mentioned to one of his employees, who was much more understanding. If you are looking for humane and sincere treatment, I recommend you to be careful with the image you project, as it may be misleading.

A little Gem

Fantastic stay at the hotel.Its small and friendly.The rooms are basic,but have a small refrigerator a welcome bonus being able to keep bottle water etc cold.The room on arrival was spotless.Breakfast consists of fresh fruit,crossaunts a verity of bread for toast and ham.There is coffee and freshly squeezed Orange juice.I can be enjoyed on a colourful terrace with reggae music being played quietly in the background.
The hotel is in a good location for the beach approx 3 minute walk.There are plenty shops, restaurants and bars all in walkable distance from the hotel.If you are in the area its definitely worth a visit.

Quirky decor and friendly welcome

We picked this hotel because of the very reasonable price. It was well located near the beach and we found parking on the street. The owner was very welcoming and explained the caribbean theme came from her time in Jamaica. The decor in the room is quirky but everything was clean. The breakfast was also good.
