Quiet and charming country hotel.
It is a small charming and very quiet hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant food delicious. Same for breakfast, all quality. Plus the couple wearing it, very friendly. Ideal place to relax and make excursions in the area. We also liked that in the dining room there is usually classical/opera music in the background, without disturbing, accompanied.

Relaxation, nature and art... everything is impeccable
You could say that it is a space where art and nature meet. We love the environment, we love the region and we love Monegal. What did we like? All. For starters, the deal is second to none. From the gastronomy (don't miss the dinners served at the hotel) to the tranquility you can breathe, inside and outside the hotel, with the sound of birds waking up or classical music in the background while you have breakfast. The best place to disconnect from the world and relax. Flawless!!! ❤

Hotel to disconnect.
A charming hotel. In a very quiet place to disconnect, comfortable, clean and pleasant rooms. Good breakfast. Very friendly attention and good recommendations. 5 minutes from town by car. The only downside is the poor lighting in the rooms and surroundings when you arrive at night. For the rest, highly recommended for the peace of its surroundings.

Country Hotel
We stayed at this hotel for 2 knights. The hotel is situated just below a small village on the edge of a lake. Family owned and very limited English spoken. I believed the hotel is only 10 years old Country style with only 8 rooms. It has the typical characteristic of rural house with its exposed beams and stone walls. We had a room with balcony overlooking the forest and surrounding mountains . It is very peaceful) and Romantic. The room was quit large with very uncomfortable bed. Large bathroom and there was not English Chanel on TV. The restaurant food was delicious creative cuisine high quality product. Breakfast was also good with freshly squeezed orange juice. If you like old world charm, this is a good place for you. There are also walking trails. The hotel is totally away from everything. The small town of St LLorenc is only minutes away and is about 3 hours from Barcelona. I would stay here again if they changed the beds.

Wonderful.
You could come here for the food alone. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and ended up eating all our meals here. The owners do all the cooking themselves, almost everything from local produce. The presentation is elegant, the taste magnificent. There is a great local wine that they serve. The rooms are large, a bit dark, but with gorgeous views. A great place to stay, first-rate.
