Immaculately clean ,comfortable bed lovely bathroom and multi functional shower.
12 mins walk to new and old town
Friendly helpful staff
Breakfast looked nice but never had it .
Confident you would enjoy your stay

Really nice hotel, clean, comfortable and good location.

This is a really nice hotel which I would definitely use again. Super clean and comfortable, and whilst it feels like a residential location, you are actually only 10 walk from the waterfront. Staff are super friendly, and the price was good as well. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable

A house in a quiet location, you can sleep with the window open.
The standard room was rather small, the storage of the two suitcases cramped. Good bed.
In the bathroom everything was ok, the shower abundant. Very good and fragrant care products.
But the highlight is the friendly, dedicated and extremely helpful receptionist.
Plenty of options to take breakfast.

Price and performance are disproportionate

We paid €298 per night for a standard room including breakfast at the end of August – an absolute disappointment. The Price quality ratio is not right at all. The rooms are tiny and very noisy.
The bathroom is a bit bigger, but it lacks self-evident things like cosmetic wipes or a magnifying mirror. There is also no possibility to make tea or coffee.
There is no pool or spa that would justify the high price. The “park” advertised on the Website is in fact very small and hardly worth mentioning.
Conclusion: For this price you get far too little bid. We would definitely not book this hotel again.

not good value for money

I was mistaken, I had booked and paid 4 nights, but I was forced to reduce to 3 nights for professional reasons, effectively I warned them only 24 hours before my arrival. but as I booked directly, I thought it was a little more flexible, than nenni! in short for the 4 nights paid instead of 3 staff, I was able to negotiate that parking as compensation! On the other hand the room is not soundproofed, we hear everything from the rooms next door, from above and people talking in the hallway, disappointed (ps: 264€ per night and no balcony)
