Cheap and cheerful, but very clean, bed very comfy, water pressure from shower also very good, you don’t really need anything else! Staff very helpful and friendly especially Martina!

hi there
i was really really unhappy with this hotel stay
absolutely below par - service was shocking - dirty hotel - i asked for bedsheets to be changed on the first day as they had stains all over them and what appeared to be pubic hair on the bathroom floor - the cleanliness of the room was atrocious and shocking.
and in general the hotel isn't at all as appears in how you have advertised it in the photos
i have been a committed hotels.co. user for over 10 years now as you can see my account and i can honestly say this is one of the worst stays i have ever had - it ruined my trip
the hotel was way below par , not as per advertised - dirty - rude staff - communal areas in the hotel were absolutely shocking - i felt embarrassed to have entertained my business guests at this hotel

Average

The reception team are really helpful and friendly, couldn't fault them. Allowed us to store our bags on the last day and use the shower in the hotel as we had a late flight, we borrowed an iron also. The hotel is really average, I would say ideal for a couple nights/weekend stay but I wouldn't stay here for longer. We did get a really well priced deal, so you do get what you pay for.
The room was adequate with good air conditioning and a decent bathroom, hairdryer in the bathroom. The internal room that we stayed in was quite compact, I wouldn't recommend an internal room for someone with claustrophobia! There is a fridge in the room, but it could have done with a better clean, there was a bit of mould at the bottom. The pool area is very very small, with about 5 sunbeds, it was pot luck being able to get sun loungers when we wanted to sit by the pool, but again adequate for a short stay, but if really busy then you'd have to go sit by a pool elsewhere.
There is absolutely no sound proofing in the rooms, you can literally hear every conversation, every sneeze, snoring - but with it being Ibiza if you are a deep sleeper or not bothered about sleep then this is the hotel for you! It didn't phase us too much with earplugs in when we did want to sleep!
Great central location in San Antonio, about a 5 minute walk to the strip, 10 ish down to the front.
Would I stay here again? Probably not, I've stayed in quite a few budget-friendly hotels in San Antonio, but ideal for a low-cost couple nights stay in Ibiza.

Unpleasant

Horrible experience, terrible treatment with no kindness and a lot of arrogance.
Not recommended, I have never had such a bad experience in a hostel.

Clean and simple, perfect stay if you are looking for a basic place to sleep around San Antoni.
