Safe, clean, friendly and great location

Basic with limited facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Accommodation was, safe, clean and cleaned throughout every day, location was spot on, 10 min walk to the centre/beach. The coffee shop opposite opens early and does the best coffee I have had locally. Value for money and does the job.

Normal.

Not bad, but the walls are cigarette paper, you hear practically everything.
You listen to the customers on the phone in the rooms you have on each side, even the interlocutors on the other side of each XD’s phone.
That said, the staff is very friendly, and the location and price are also great, however for the above, I can not give you the 4/5 because rest is extremely fundamental, something that the time I was there (a week) did not have.

Fernando has NO manner

Worse hotel in Ibiza! I’ve been there with my friend, and apparently if someone comes visit you, they take their ID and when they are leaving a fee is asked in cash, without advising it when collecting the ID. Fernando, who doesn’t speak any English, refuses to listen and the only communication with him is listen to him shouting in Spanish, threatening you to call the police and to check you out from the hotel immediately, like I didn’t pay for my accommodation!!!!!!

oasis of peace

In San Antonio, an oasis of peace, with a spacious, clean and bright room, television, which we did not use, air conditioning and daily cleaning service, I would stay again because it is cheap to sleep

Great stay

Hotel is in a really good location, not to far from restaurants, bars etc. Hotel reception team really friendly. We had a room on the second floor I believe it was with a balcony which was great. Our room overlooked the road but it wasn't noisy at all. Room was clean and just what we needed for 4 nights. Beds were comfy, shower great, air con worked fine. The only thing missing from the room is a fridge. No pool but not a problem, beach not far away and we used a friends pool a couple of times. No complaints at all and would definitely stay again! Great value for money.
