Wow - quirky amazing hotel and staff - would love to return

Wow - amazing hotel fantastic staff - we loved the whole experience at Romeo’s . Travelled as a group of 40 for a 50th birthday ages 18-69 - rooms are brilliant as is the hotel so quirky.
We had breakfast everyday made to order - nothing was too much for any of the staff.
You get towel cards and no subbed scramble. Very quiet for an Ibiza hotel. Water taxi nearby was €5 each to San Antonio- taxis from hotel €10 much cheaper than Uber .
Would love to return the staff all made out 5 day trip so special.
Lots of bars nearby that are open very late shops / supermarkets / restaurants

Not worth the money.

Not worth the money. The rooms are very small and there is no full length mirror. The biggest mirror is actually on the ceiling above the bed. The fridge is already stocked and if you take stuff out to use you’re charged so there’s no where cool to put your own drinks, snacks and alcohol. The air con didn’t work properly so the rooms were never completely cool and all 3 of our rooms kept getting an awful foul smell of blocked drainage and poo to the point it actually made my friend throw up one evening. The LED sign above our bed also didn’t work so we had no lighting which meant getting ready in the evening was a nightmare. The pool area is aesthetic with pumped up floats and the staff were nice especially the life guard. The food is nice so if you wanna come here then just come to the restaurant and to use the pool area for a couple hours. Those were the only positives. I’d deffo opt to stay somewhere else next time unless you’re that bothered about having a nice pool with floats. :)

Would not recommend to anyone. Arrived to a room with no AC in over 100 degree weather. AC was never fixed (portable AC unit was provided that only cooled the sofa area and you had to sit right in front of it) and the room remained at dangerous levels of over 100 degrees for the two days I stayed there. My stay was supposed to be for three days, however, I ended up leaving early because the heat was unbearable. Secondly, there was a leak in the bathroom that posed a biohazard risk. When both these issues were presented to management I was told I was lying despite having on video that the AC does not work and their technicians in my bathroom from 10 am to 5 pm and still unable to fix the leak. If I am lying why were they in the bathroom for an entire work shift, with no resolution?! Do not stay here. They are only hospitable if you have no complaints, once you complain about something their entire demeanor change. Not worth the price and seems like they only cater to a certain demographic of people. If you are a minority you are not welcomed here. Would not recommend. Extremely disappointed that I was presented with micro-aggressions once I voiced my concerns as a guest. Also the television did not work and the sofa was filthy.

Nice hotel and staff

Stayed here this week with 6 of my friends for 3 nights. Hotel receptionist Anna was very friendly, professional and helpful. We arrived 2 hours before check in and she provided a private room to hold our cases while we went for lunch and drinks until the rooms were ready. We also asked Anna to have two rooms beside each other which was not a problem. Rooms were spacious, clean and air con was great. Only a 5 minute walk to water taxi to san an which we used a few times. We had a lot planned during our trip so didn’t have time to spend at the pool or eat in the hotel. Hotel is quite far round the bay but we would still stay here again.

Mixed but fairly positive stay

A rather pleasant stay of a few days. We have only one complaint, and that is the quality of the breakfast and the dishes served around the pool. The menu is limited and the quality is completely insufficient. The hotel itself is very comfortable, nothing to say about the rooms; they are very well-kept, very clean, and nice in their decor and atmosphere. We were welcomed by the receptionist named Ana who is absolutely adorable, very helpful, and very professional; we recommend her if you have any advice to ask her. The comfort around the pool is quite uneven depending on where you are. The woven plastic seats are quite comfortable but only allow for one position. Otherwise, the double beds that are located along one of the facades are rather pleasant and we recommend them to guests. We regretted the fact that it is almost impossible to find taxis between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM and it is quite difficult to get around the island during the day. You absolutely must rent a car to get around Ibiza and we regret not having done so. A final word for two other receptionists who were absolutely adorable, a young Frenchman who was at the front desk and was a great help, and another young Spaniard who was also quite competent.
