A great hotel for a quiet and relaxing time

It was a lovely hotel surrounded by nature, where we could forget our daily routines and spend a relaxing time!
The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and there was a calm atmosphere throughout the hotel, which was very relaxing.
I stayed with our dog and it was very comfortable and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was also very good and it was nice to spend the morning comfortably and slowly.
This hotel is recommended for those who want to spend quiet and relaxing time. If I ever get the chance to visit Mallorca again, I would definitely stay.

Not as expected

Here for 6 nights booked a junior suite with terrace direct on the hotel website back in March. We arrive to a room that’s completely different from what we thought we had booked. Nice enough room but not what we were expecting or what we felt we had booked. Feel slightly miss sold.

Beautiful location and grounds. However a few of the amenities listed were non existent. The restaurant was closed only served a buffet breakfast. Apparently hasn’t been in service for 2 years. There is no bar on-site, poolside, swim up or otherwise. It is not a winery. Not having anywhere to eat or drink on-site was a major inconvenience. As you had to drive to the nearest town.

The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was lovely. Loads of choice of meats and cheeses and pastries. If you want cereal or yogurt or toast it's all available. Do not go expecting a full english as you will be disappointed. The staff were all really helpful, nothing is to much trouble. No problem parking. If you want a relaxing place to stay, listening to bird song and enjoy the gardens with no traffic noise this is the place to go.
