We are already looking forward to coming back

We just came back delighted from a 9 night stay and we liked everything, the treatments, the staff all lovely, the food and the tranquility you breathe. The lake with the temperate water, hear only in the morning birdsong. We chose superior room paying a supplement and it was a success. We had a view of the river.

Disastrous stay at Balneario La Virgen.

I went with Imserso. I have been to 11 spas and regarding the "thermal circuit," this has been the worst. They only offer three services, which last a total of 40 minutes, and they also count the water you drink and the "lake" as two additional services, but if it rains or is cold, you cannot go out to the lake. There was a flood, they did not warn us, and when we went down in the elevator, it flooded before the doors opened. In the end, the doors opened and we were able to exit with our feet covered in mud. We could have been trapped or electrocuted. No one from the hotel asked us how we were doing, neither that day nor any day until the end of our stay. We did not leave earlier because we had public transport tickets, but the days after the flood, the lake was full of mud and the water could not be drunk. It is a disaster and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Total relaxation

Hotel to enjoy relaxation and silence. We stayed 2 very peaceful nights.
The thermal lake is not large, but it is very charming. The room was very good and the food was satisfactory. Recommended for lovers of silence

Disappointing and quality price a scam

The experience has been terrible, the circuit is beautiful for the landscape but without more, the cold water and when you go out if you want to get warm you have to pay everything apart, Turkish sauna to euro per minute, bubble bathtub equal, physiotherapy massage with bruises on arms and legs , the refrigerator of the room off we had to look for the electricity limiters in a cupboard that were lowered, bathrobe full of hairs and no longer talk about the restaurant with food of terrible quality and little variety,
