Lovely hols
Just back from a week here and best thing I can say is me and wife wished it was 10 days. Everywhere is clean and tidy including rooms and pool area. Everyone very friendly from reception to guests.
Apartments are up a hill but really not a problem if you're at least a little fit. Lidl 5 minutes walk away for all your self catering needs. Strip 5 minutes opposite way and harbour and old town a couple minutes more so all in all a pretty great location.
Don't be put off by any negative reviews if there are any just go and enjoy a great, relaxing holiday in lanzarote. 10/10 for me.

Sorry Don’t Recommend
Too many issues with this complex to recommend tourists to come to.
Here are the issues:
The TV. Strangely only the English channels kept pausing, lost signal, just unwatchable.
Apartments need updated from kitchen units to bathroom, everything needs replaced.
Pest control. Bathroom always covered with drain flies and had some cockroaches and they are massive. Clean the drains to prevent the drain flies.
We had a late flight so unfortunately reception closed on arrival. This is where the big health and safety issue came in. When we came in the side gate to the complex there was a big light that shown the entrances to the apartments, however this went out I assume to a timer so we were left in darkness. There were old couples with is who were scared as they could no see like the rest of us. If there had been a fall then the complex can be sued.
Won’t ever come back here.

TV not working
Wanted to watch world cup match, but TV impossible to work. Internet problems etc. Simple thing to get right but constant problem.

Great apartments
2nd time at these apartments. Can't fault them. All staff helpful and friendly. Great location. Poolbar and pool area well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds available. Room was available on arrival and we were able to keep the room on as we had a late flight. Our room was one bedroom with a balcony. Nice and clean. Looking forward to hopefully another visit soon.

Great relaxing stay
Great location, just a 5 minute walk from strip. Lovely quiet, clean hotel.
Rooms have great amenities with fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee machine & fresh towels! Lidl a 5 minute walk away.
Good outdoor pool with cafe & bar. Friendly staff and shout out to the lovely Sebastian & Maud for making our stay comfortable.
