Absolutely excellent!!
Not long home from our second visit to Lanzarote village and our visit was just as good as our first if not better!
Reception staff Amazing!
Bar staff and pool staff Amazing!
Maids Amazing!
In fact all staff members were amazing.
Never walked past you without a hello or Hola.
Very laid back hotel and felt peaceful.
Food great
Rooms great ( large bottle of water left in room daily)
Hotel overall spotless!
Big shout out to the lovely lady on reception ( didn’t get her name but she’ll know am mentioning her)
I got some mosquitoes bites on my first day , she gave me a plug in for our room also send someone up to spray our room, never seen anymore after that, she also advice me and guided me to a chemist.
On our second last day she managed to set us up with a late check in room, just so helpful !!! So thank you again !
Definitely will be back next year. When leaving reception staff asked if we had a nice stay which was lovely of them, some hotels just take the key and that’s about it.
This hotel care about their visitors!
Highly recommended to families & couples who are looking for a nice hotel with a lovely atmosphere!

Good holiday.
Lovely 7 night stay.
Room was on ground level near restaurant which was plus.
Partial sea view and pool view from room.
Breakfast was the best meal for us especially freshly cooked omelettes.
Evening meal became a bit repetitive.
Room very big with walk in shower.
Huge bed (queen size).
Room cleaned and towels swapped every day.
Kettle (tea/coffee) supplied plus small fridge.
Hair dryer in bathroom.
Location walk ten minutes to strip.
Also within walking distance to Los Jameos and Matagorda.
Room was on ground level near restaurant which was plus.

Hotel needs improving
Location very nice , atmosphere ok , rooms adequate, reception staff when we arrived were not very helpful at all, we were not shown to tour rooms bearing this was at 11.00pm at night , there was 3 people behind the desk still not shown just a pen diagram on a little map which was so small . Cocktail bar was a joke for entertainment with the TV on at the same time with football showing and everyone had their seats pointing to the TV instead of watching the entire entertainment, food is below average , deserts are non existent and some taste like Germolene. Staff are helpful at times and when they want to be , rooms are clean which is probably the best point , pools are ok and plenty of sunbeds . We enjoyed our holiday but the hotel needs a lot of improvement.

Nice hotel
No nonsense review..
Good bits-medium sized hotel, nicely set out with good sized rooms which are clean. In fact the whole complex is clean and very pleasant The hotel is Literally next to the beach ( separated by a road) and fairly close to a couple of shops bars and restaurants. Staff work hard and are pleasant,Amazingly there was no sunbed wars and there where beds free pretty much all day ( not sure if that changes in late july ,August) ....it really isn't a massive pool and once a few kiddies get in with balls and inflatables there isn't much room but that didn't bother me. Food was nice , not a massive selection but what was there was good and we found something each meal .It was my hubby's birthday while away and we come in to a bottle of wine and a card which was a lovely touch.
Bad bits- if your after nighttime entertained maybe this isn't your hotel, not only was the entertainment in Spanish ( apart from one night) it really wasn't the best and only on for about 45 mins ,singer, magic show , guitarist...I think there was a kiddies hour early on but couldn't 100% say ...I personally would go back as I only went to totally chill out and that's what I got but if your after day and nighttime entertained maybe think again

Absolutely brilliant
Just back from a fantastic holiday I had with my 13 year old granddaughter. The hotel was even better than we expected. We had a ground floor room which was really lovely. Our balcony was a good size also and was facing the pool. We were also right beside the restaurant and the bar. The food was great. Always hot and a great selection. My granddaughter even enjoyed it and she is a fussy eater. We were all inclusive and the drinks were great also and plenty of choice. There is also a snack bar and the food was also very good. The only let down was the entertainment. It was very poor. All the staff were very friendly. Especially the bar man who always joked about putting whiskey in my granddaughters drink. It is a bit of a walk to the shops but that was not a problem. All in all it was a fantastic holiday and great hotel and we would definitely go back.
