Not going back

Television with no signal. No air conditioning or even a sad fan. If you leave the window open, they can see you from the room next door, so you are left with no choice but to roast in the heat. The mattress is full of lumps; it has seen better years. The towels were dirty (I doubt they changed them from the previous guest).

The room was basic but didnt expect anything more for the money paid, very central and a ten minute walk from the beach so okay for a couple of days stay. Wouldnt want to stay any longer than a few days as it's very noisy.

It is a nice affordable hotel in the city close to everything. Good terrace and good value for money

Basic but bearable

Good location close to Las Palmas’ more modern northern district, convenient for cruise terminal and public transport links to the airport.
Check in seemed unnecessarily complicated and intrusive (what use would they have for my email address?) but the desk is manned 24h.
Basic rooms, reasonably well furnished but lacking things you’d generally expect likes coffee maker, glass ware - toothbrush mug etc. - in bathroom which I guess is why it’s officially a two star hotel.
Fine for a night en route to someplace else.
One short but unavoidable stairway to access the lift up to Reception.

Hotel but actually boarding house

Hostel instead of hotel I would say less, there is no Room Service Sunday, bone that do not make your bed or clean.
The second one, which is where we were staying, looked like a furniture keeper.
When I opened the bed I didn’t know whether to run or what, although I later saw that they were clean but yellowish.
In the second there was a crib in the middle of the hallway the 4 days we were staying, I don't understand why.
I had to buy a disinfectant for the cup although I could disinfect and it was sealed when I opened it had yellow burr and the shower had mold, I cleaned it, I think I should have complained but for time I could not.
And already mentioned is the parking all blue area.
Good staff, the dining room with fridge we were told we could use. The location is very good.
No air, no fans. The glass balcony without insulation.
I don't like to make comments, bad but it's the reality.
