The staff were very friendly and the check in process was very nice. The amenities were quite limited, but that was acceptable. My biggest complaint was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it difficult to shower properly. In addition, the water did not heat up well in the morning, so the shower was more cold than hot.

Hotel barrio humedo León

The experience was not the best.
First all off-limits streets, like.oo someone else said in a post.
We were told we could enter the palace hotel but we stayed almost an hour, unable to find the street that wasn't banned and we didn't get it.
They tell you that there is parking and charge you a whopping 38 euros to have it there two nights.
We had room 502, and the ones in the next room with a kid, it looked like we had them in our room.
Because you could hear the child crying and all the conversation of those gentlemen as they surely heard ours. Nonexistent sound isolation.
Night came and after being in the wet neighborhood, we left for the room and the hard wet neighborhood move until almost 5 in the morning
Impossible to sleep with windows closed and everything.
Dismal isolation.
Then the bathroom feared an unbearable sewer smell
I asked to change rooms, but he offered me the 104th that overlooks the same street where all the movement is.
The hotel is not very clean either
The air conditioning tubes in the bathroom or in the room were dusted for several months.
See the location is good but the rest has not seemed exceptional
Quite the contrary
The floorboard full of stains.
My brother recommended it but I personally would not recommend it if they touch the rooms facing the street from the entrance to the hotel.

Dire, not recommended.

I have not yet been sent the invoice for the stay I paid on September 28. A mess, to pay up front, but the bill is incapable of doing it.

I would repeat again

The room was really good. I'm going to wrap up the remarkable.
The bathroom had a bathtub.
The windows and the room are very well insulated, the noise outside is not a problem.
The carpet floor is really comfortable to step on barefoot.
The room came with a tray with infusions, water and electric teapot to heat water or liquids. I really thought this was a sting because when you get out of the bathtub you can have a coffee or a hot tea. Small details that add up.
