Beautiful Adults Only Hotel
This was the hotel that just kept giving! Beautiful hotel, very clean & modern. Breakfast was fantastic, lots to choose from, several pools, the terrace is a real sun trap but quite busy poolside. Check in was hassle free, super friendly staff.
Location is fab, on a busy stretch, plenty of shops & food vendors nearby, very lively nightlife & really close to the beach.
The only slight criticism would be the room air conditioning.
Already planning to return next summer for a longer stay.

All of our rooms are equipped with both air conditioning and heating, and they normally operate without any issues. For energy efficiency reasons, the air conditioning system automatically switches off whenever the balcony door is open. Therefore, to ensure that the system works properly, the balcony door must remain completely closed.
Knowing that you are already planning to return next summer for a longer stay is undoubtedly the greatest compliment we could receive and a wonderful motivation for our entire team.

Top Hotel with top spot.
What a fantastic hotel. Nice rooms. Beautifully decorated roof terrace, where you can sit. We only had breakfast with it. But boy, what a breakfast. Everything was thought of. Within walking distance of everything you need. Beach, restaurants and shops. And delicious cocktails. All in all a super place

So very nearly perfect
Returned from a 3 night stay in this hotel yesterday. A group of 8 friends who are 40 plus just wanting a relaxing break in an exclusive hotel.
We loved the hotel and if I could give 4.5 out of 5 I would. This is because although I would love to return there are just a few things that let it down.
*CONS*
Arrival - some of the reception staff are a little abrupt. It may be a language barrier but to be told not to have any parties when we are a group of 40 plus year olds was a little strange.
We were given rooms at the side of the hotel. So the view was not great but that was ok - the issue was that the balcony was tiny! You couldn’t sit on it. There were 2 chairs and a table but no way to get to the other chair as the balcony was only about 1 foot wide. They also felt a little unsafe.
Also the storage space was limited in the room. We were fine for 3 nights but wouldn’t have enough space if I was there for a week.
A shower area for the last day would be great and seems lacking when there is a gym downstairs.
The last thing is the area. Just lloret de Mar is a very young resort- lots of 17 year olds wondering around blind drunk. Not the hotels fault but it would be more fitting in a more exclusive resort.
*PROS*
Beds were amazing and the huge pillows. Also the shower was so good. TV channels were great and the fridge and safe were great additions. We were on the side but never heard any noise from the strip
Breakfast was just perfect. So much choice -cava, churros, full English, toasties. fruit, pastries and is served until 12 which such a great idea.
The staff in the dining area are really lovely too.
Pool - we didn’t spend time in the bottom pool so can’t review that. But we spent our days up on floor 7. My favourite place to be! Was perfect in every way. Beds so comfy and different ones dotted all about. Music playing, pools so cool and refreshing. Snack bar had so much choice and again staff were great. One day they walked around with little fruit kebabs for everyone.
We stayed for dinner one night for €20! Omg it was amazing! So much to choose from. We were stuffed for hours after.
The hotel vibe and decoration is simply stunning. Such a relaxing and wonderful breakfast. Loved our time and would return in a heartbeat. X

Every day, our reception team welcomes guests from many different countries and, during check-in, informs all guests, regardless of their age or the purpose of their trip, about the hotel's basic rules of coexistence. As an Adults Only hotel, our goal is to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for everyone.
Regarding the courtesy shower service, we would like to clarify this point for future guests. Whenever hotel occupancy allows, we are pleased to let our guests continue enjoying the hotel's facilities after check-out on their departure day. However, when the hotel is fully booked, this is unfortunately not possible, as the facilities must be available for newly arriving guests.
As for dedicated courtesy showers, we are aware that they would be appreciated and have considered offering them on several occasions. However, we believe that such a service should meet the quality standards we expect from our hotel. This would require fully equipped shower facilities, clean towels, soap and amenities, as well as thorough cleaning and sanitising after each use. Providing this level of service involves significant costs, meaning it would no longer be a complimentary service. For this reason, we prefer not to offer a service that does not meet the standards of quality our guests expect from us. As an alternative, guests are welcome to use the outdoor pool showers to freshen up and change comfortably in the hotel restrooms.
Regarding our location, we are pleased to know that, despite being in the centre of Lloret de Mar, you were able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without being disturbed by outside noise.

Lourdes the miracle worker
We have just visited this hotel for a cheeky weekend away for my birthday and I can't rate it high enough everything was really good and the staff where fantastic. I had a message by Lourdes omg she is a genius!! I have had a bad back for 4 years to the point where I now have arthritis in my knee she spotted it straight away and even recommended I use cream from Amazon, my friend went after me and his been getting terrible headaches and she said it was actually a problem with his chest she was spot on and his never felt better seriously she is amazing!!
Food - we only had breakfast but o my gosh.. wow !! You name it they have it !! Also a couple of cheeky Cava s included I loved the food !! Then let's talk about the rooftop bar wow it's beautiful ❤️ I'm already planning my next trip back as they really made everyone effort to make my stay so good.

Clean, Stunning hotel, tiny balcony & far too loud
I have just returned from a long weekend to this beautiful hotel with my friend.
The hotel is clean & modern. Upon arrival our room was not ready but we were able to enjoy breakfast which is served until 12pm and definitely exceeded expectations it was amazing. We then used the downstairs lockers which are so handy and fitted our suitcases, these are free and not something I’d seen before but a real plus. We headed straight to the rooftop pools which were gorgeous, we found sunbeds easily and the staff were lovely at the bar.
My friend has emailed the hotel prior to arrival to ask for a pool view room however this was not given and the reception lady simply said they were full. When we arrived at our room we found we were over looking the side street with shops which we didn’t think would be too noisy. The balcony was TINY which was such a dissapointment as we love to chill on the balcony of an evening but it was so small and high and slanted it was scary to sit on. Our shower was bigger than our balcony. The room was clean and big enough for 3 nights, we had a safe and a fridge and tea/coffee.
The hotel is let down by its location in the middle of the clubs/bars and although very handy for the beach and restaurants, we literally had no sleep. It was so LOUD all night with screaming kids until 6am and then the street cleaners start. I’ve actually never stayed somewhere so loud at night including ayia napa and magaluf so this was really disappointing. Reception said that the whole of July/aug is full of kids finishing high school and descending on lloret de mar.
So all in all a beautiful place but if you want to relax and sleep at night in the high season this would be really difficult here.
