Couldn’t ask for better
Very nice little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They even gave us a packed lunch upon checkout as we missed breakfast to go for an early flight.
Very close to the beach and a short distance from Palma (but not too close, avoiding the crowds and noise)
Great value, would certainly recommend.

Find another hotel to stay at
We are just home as a family of 3 after staying at Hotel Manaus.
Firstly, reception staff are so nice and helpful and housekeeping are friendly. The restaurant and bar staff are the complete opposite. Miserable looking. One waitress at breakfast constantly banging plates as she cleared off the tables. The woman who mostly 'served' at the pool bar continuously muttering to herself. This was another issue. No food or drinks allowed around the pool. In all my years travelling, I've never seen this. There rarely was anyone at the bar and when there was you hated putting them out to make a cocktail. Unless you are a good swimmer, the pool is very deep and also quite small.
Nightly entertainment at a neighbouring hotel every night took place from around 9 till 11 so if you are looking for peace, best avoid.
On a positive note, it is a clean hotel with great breakfast choice. The shops/restaurants are close by as is the beach. Maybe 10 - 15 minutes walk. Being close to the airport is also an added bonus.

Disappointing
Here at the moment and can honestly say very disappointed. The staff aren't friendly at all. The evening meal was poor and im not picky. Breakfast is nice thats about all. Not allowed to bring any drinks or food into hotel but nowhere on a night to get a drink. Can honestly say far better hotels in the area to stay.

Holiday fab but need new parasols
Great room, pool view, amazing breakfasts. Lovely staff. All parasols by the pool are broken - need replacing please

Fantastic Hotel Manaus
Stayed from 29 September to 6 October 2025, experience in low season: great hotel, very kind staff, room cleaning every day, nice terrace overlooking the forest and swimming pool.
Comfortable beds and comfortable bathroom with bathtub-shower. Refrigerator in the room with small ice compartment, very convenient to put drinks in.
You eat great. Fantastic breakfast with lots of sweet and savory choices. Excellent buffet dinner, hearty, meat, fish vegetables, side dishes, desserts all very good. When the dishes run out they are replaced, efficient and nice waitresses. Water not included as almost everywhere with half board.
Swimming pool with whirlpool and very nice sunbeds, not crowded.
Nearby hotel makes live music but is a pleasant background and ends early in the evening (about h23).
Parking to be found nearby, if not located there is a very large dirt parking nearby.
Highly recommended, great value for money, friendly atmosphere.
