VERY GOOD HOTEL

Very central hotel, 10 minutes walking distance. Easy parking in the area around the hotel. Hotel with spacious facilities, very large, comfortable, and clean rooms. The hotel staff is very attentive. Without a doubt a hotel to repeat.

Great location. Underground parking facilities were useful, although we managed to park locally for free. The kids loved the sweet jar!

EXCELLENT!!!

It is the second time we have stayed at the Gran Hotel, and honestly, just like the first time, it is wonderful. The location, the service, the treatment, the cleanliness—everything is outstanding.
Parking is limited, right at the entrance and free; if you do not want your car to sleep on the street, there is a cheap public parking garage 100 meters away, although they use misleading advertising. They "sell" it to you for €4.75 a day (and that is from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM), when that is not the case; for 24 hours they charge you €9.50. Even so, it is cheap compared to others.
They have a dining room for the buffet breakfast, outstanding!!!, everything is top-notch.
The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is very neat, the pillows do not smell bad, everything is very good.
The location is perfect; in a short walk you are in the center of the Wall, and inside, two steps from the cathedral and the best bars and restaurants with a formidable atmosphere.
A 5-minute walk away is Rosalía de Castro Park with formidable views.
In short, my recommendation for visiting Lugo and staying at the best hotel would be Gran Hotel Lugo.

The room was a great size and clean, air con wasn’t working efficiently even after talking to receptionist about it. Staff in reception were helpful and friendly. Not happy staff at breakfast time. Staff in the Gran Cafe were friendly but very short staffed and were run off their feet. Parking was very good

beautiful room not well maintained

Our room was beautiful but the cooling didn't work and the was a noise we heard all night long. we called maintenance but while they said they fixed it they did not. breakfast was good.
