Perfect for a stag do

Stayed here for a friend’s stag do with 14 of us in total, and it was perfect for the occasion. The rooms were great for a group trip; loads of space, a good balcony, and the location was right near the bars, which was exactly what we needed.
It’s not luxury, but for the price and for this type of trip, it was ideal. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend it to others looking for a good-value place for a group stay.

Way overpriced, very old furniture, very nosey outside with bars and restaurants below the hotel.

The room wasn’t clean, it’s was broken items. Beds were horrible. I don’t recommend sleeping on it. We are all hurting from back pains. The sofa was dirty. You can actually see dust as you tap it. The reception didn’t make it easy on us with parking, giving us half information which cost us more money. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, especially families with young infants.

The apartments were very old and dated. They were meant to be renovated but that clearly didn't happen. All the AC vents were rusted through and didn't appear to work. Apartments very large but were not worth the price. Old, tired and very disappointing.

A shameful scam

From July 27th to August 3rd my friends and I had the misfortune to stay at the Park Plaza in Puerto Banús, and I only say that it was the worst week of our lives. This place doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel: it's an open sewer, run by a rude, arrogant staff and completely unable to offer the slightest respect to customers. Every request was met with annoyance and rudeness, as if we were a nuisance instead of paying guests.
The apartment was a real nightmare: dirty as hell, hair everywhere, bloodstained sheets, always dirty and smelly towels, rust on every surface. The toilet did not flush, the stove did not work and the shower, when water came out, was always cold. No one has ever cleaned seriously, no one has changed the linen despite constant complaints, no one has solved even one of the thousand problems.
We paid absurd amounts to have Landfill Processing, with no Service and a level of hygiene that to call shameful is little. This “hotel” is a tourist trap, a facility that should only be closed and fined by the health authorities. I advise anyone to stay away from this dump: if you want to ruin your holiday, get sick and throw money away, then Park Plaza is the place to be. Otherwise, don't even come near by accident.
