Pleasant experience in the SPA
We exclusively value the SPA we visit to relax after several days of excursions. Excellent treatment by Carmen and superb facilities.

Mixed conclusion
We draw a mixed conclusion after our visit to the Monasterio de Boltana. We stayed there for three nights.
The hotel complex – an old monastery – is very nice from the outside, as are the public areas.
However, the rooms, the dining room, the pool area, etc. need a “refreshment”. They are no longer furnished or equipped in a contemporary manner. The price/performance ratio does not fit!
The staff is friendly and service-oriented, even if one or the other waiter in the restaurant or bar seems a bit “rough”.
The breakfast buffet is rich and varied – unfortunately, the staff lacks attention to certain things in time. For example, on two out of three days I had to ask if there was still yogurt.
An absolute no-go is the fact that you can no longer get a table in the restaurant in the evening if you have not reserved a table in time (at the latest in the morning). Since we had noticed on the first evening that house guests in the restaurant were turned away because they had not reserved a table, we then reserved for all evenings as a precaution – although the selection on the menu also does not guarantee for three evenings of change .....

Good but could be better.
Luxurious hotel where nothing is missing. The only thing is that it is warmer in the hallways than in the rooms, and the air conditioning is too noisy.

A dangerous and unacceptable experience - avoid this hotel and its spa
I came to this hotel expecting to enjoy a relaxing facial treatment. Instead, I left with a medical injury.
During the treatment, the therapist poured a substance directly into my eye. I immediately felt intense burning and severe pain, and shortly after I had to go to the hospital, where I was diagnosed with damage to both corneas.
Beyond the serious negligence during the treatment itself, the hotel’s handling of the situation was the real issue. I received no real support throughout the incident. No assistance, no care, no sense of responsibility. The only thing the hotel did was send a bottle of wine to the room, which was completely inappropriate and meaningless given the severity of the situation.
In reality, I was unable to use any of the hotel’s facilities. My entire stay was ruined, yet no refund or proper compensation was offered.
A hotel that respects its guests should at the very least ensure that such an incident is handled with responsibility and care. Here, the exact opposite happened.
Be aware that if something happens to you at this place, you are on your own. You will not receive proper support, and everything will be treated as your personal responsibility.
I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and its spa. This is a dangerous experience and a level of service that falls far below any acceptable standard.

A spectacular staff to whom I am very grateful for the attention and their smiles, we were delighted by their dedication, apart from being a unique place with a special charm and in a beautiful area. An unforgettable journey which we will repeat without a doubt, is not a goodbye is a until soon, hopefully the same workers will follow. Also grateful to the address, which had very good details when the information came in that I proposed to my partner in the hotel church, very attentive. An excellent experience and an unforgettable place for the team and for the experiences lived. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING PHENOMENA
