Good start from Camino

My daughter and I were there earlier this month and the experience has been satisfying. As soon as we arrived from the stage of the Camino de Santiago that we were doing we were attended by the manager of the hostel. The spacious room, no great luxuries, but with comfortable and clean beds. The bathroom was fine too. Recommended if you prefer to rest in a place other than the Camino hostels.

Excellent pilgrim hostel

This is a well situated, pleasant, very clean and comfortable hostel. The staff are helpful and friendly. At €25 for a nice single room with ensuite this represents good value for money. Highly recommend to other pilgrims.

Very clean and great service

We found ourselves in this albergue in a double room which felt like heaven after a long days walk. We were welcomed very friendly and were even able to get some washing organised. For 3 Euros our clothes were washed and dryed - delivered back to our room after only 4 hours. The room was very clean with comfortable beds.

Way too hot and noisy

It's incredibly hot at this time of year in Spain. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but the hotel does not offer a fan either. I stayed on the first floor which unfortunately was directly opposite a bar on the same level. My bed was about 10 feet away from the bar, sleep was impossible due to the heat and the noise. I left the windows open to get some air but then had all the noise of the bar. I'm not sure why I was placed in that particular room as there are rooms at the back and it wasn't full to capacity. There was no one available at the reception area each time I checked to switch rooms. I was walking the camino so it was important for me to get up early but with little sleep at all, it was very difficult. Also, the church chimes every hour - that was also within 50 feet of my room. All in all a bad experience unfortunately. The picture will illustrate how close the bar was to my room.

UN POCO CARO PARA LOS QUE HACEMOS EL CAMINO DE SANTIAGO

La tipica pensión que se publicita para los que hacemos el camino de Santiago en pareja, lejos de las aglomeraciones de los escandalosos albergues. Es cierto que el hostal está bastante bien pero personalmente lo veo un poco caro respecto a otros similares que incluso te ofrecen desayuno. Es lo que hay y punto.
