Situated in the town of Nerja, on the Costa del Sol, Los Arcos is 750 metres from Burriana Beach. All rooms have balconies and there is an outdoor swimming pool.

Lovely hotel with nice rooms and beautiful pool area. Continental breakfast was varied and tasty! Staff was super helpful, even allowing us to keep our bags there after check out so we could go and do some last minute sight seeing!

Excellent hotel for daytime relaxing.
We stayed in this hotel last year and loved the peaceful relaxed atmosphere around the pool area so we decided to return again this year.
We were given room 112 which has a fabulous balcony with access to the pool area. However, unbeknownst to us there is building work going on right next to the room and we were awakened at 7am with loud banging. We spoke to the manager and he moved us straight away to the room furthest from this, room 201 which made a massive difference to our experience.
Pool area was never busy and beds very easy to come by.
Happy hour now from 5pm to 8pm.
20 to 30 minute walk to town or beach but we knew this and it wasn't a problem for us.
We didn't stay around in the evenings as there was very little atmosphere or entertainment.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially house keeping.

A great base for seen Nerja
We booked a few rooms, the rooms were surprisingly very nice and spacious with lovely outdoor balconies with a gorgeous view.
There’s a fridge in the rooms which is handy for drinks and snacks
Breakfast was disappointing, they should probably get rid of half of the items they have on offer and invest in better quality items, even frozen pastries done in the oven every day would make a huge difference to the breakfast dining experience.
A lot of the food had ants on the food trays and I don’t think there’s any excuse for that.
The hotel doesn’t have much parking spaces in the front so be mindful of that, but on a positive note the hotel is within walking distance of the beach and town - it took us about 20/25 minutes to walk in.

This is a good hotel with a lovely quiet pool area.
The staff were very helpful plus there is a happy hour from 5pm until 8.
It is a good 30 minutes walk to the beach, and it is very steep.
About 30 minutes walk into Nerja town centre.
The room was very clean and thankfully the air conditioning worked a treat.

Average overall - poor breakfast and bathroom, nice pool and bar staff
Feedback for our stay 30-May to 04-June. On arrival at the hotel, the reception lady did not make us feel welcome. She was too busy on her mobile telephone messaging and reading content that was obviously not work related. We were allowed to leave our luggage at reception prior to check-in time, which was a plus. The room (110) was clean and spacious in the main area. The facilities and balcony area were as expected. Our sliding patio door did not lock however, We tried the handle in all rotations, but it stilll failed to lock. The downside of the room as the toilet and shower area. This was far too small and was in need of an update. A simple solution would have been to install a sliding door rather than a hinged door to make the room more spacious. The pool area is very nice and relaxed, although some of the sunbeds should be replaced or repaired. The material is sagging and were difficult to sit / lie on. Again the pool area could do with a refurbishment. The breakfast was perhaps the worst we have had in all of our times travelling. The layout to obtain basic items such as glasses, juice were not logically laid out and very confusing for someone visiting for the first time. The quality and variety of food on offer was not very good - apples and oranges only as fruit for example, was a poor selection for breakfast. There was zero variety each day and the hot food was lukewarm and not very fresh by the time we had breakfast around 0930 each day. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful. We actually borrowed a power adaptor as we had forgotten to pack for our stay. Happy hour was a welcome bonus for drinks at the end of the day, and the quality of the drinks were good. All-in-all, I would not stay at your hotel again unless there were some improvements made as outlined above, as the price paid was more than I have previously paid for many higher quality stays in Nerja for accommodation, location and food. I hope this is helpful and enables you to make the improvements for the enjoyment of all future guests.
