Great holiday hotel for couples of families
Lovely staff, great variety for breakfast, very clean hotel, always a sunbed available and it’s July peak season, great location, value for money, I would return again

Lovely traditional hotel
We had a great short stay at this hotel which is located right on the beach at La Zenia.
The hotel is very well run and embodies the very best traditional values. It is very clean and there are always plenty of staff who are super-helpful.
The rooms are comfortable with very effective air conditioning and excellent automatic black-out blinds. Get a sea view if you can - the view is fantastic.
Breakfast is wonderful: a huge selection of fresh local and international food, with certain dishes cooked by the chefs fresh to order.
Evening entertainment is charming.
The pool is lovely: again, very clean and a perfect temperature with plenty of sunbeds available.
Highly recommended.

What a wonderful hotel, we enjoyed two weeks with little to moan about! (A lift had an issue in the last 2 days) hopefully they get it sorted quickly!
The breakfast was excellent every day, and managed to do this whilst carrying out a tiling job at the same time!
Place is spotless, beds are so comfy, bathroom nice with lots of hot water and clean towels daily, with a shower gel and soap provided. The room has a blackout roller blind (you could sleep in very easy) Fridge and safety box in room, free of charge. No kettle. Top cover on bed a bit 'dated'.
We'd a town view which was so interesting and we enjoyed looking out, could even see the Rock of Gibraltar some 260 miles away as the crow flies, brilliant! Now it was hot to sit on our balcony in the evening, with the sunshine... hay ho... better than rain

Pool area is lovely and the water temperature was perfect.
Access to the beach (steps) or a walk round the front.
Location between two beaches is 'class' ... the roar of the waves when you lay on a sunlounger
Pool bar food and drinks excellent.
Decor is a tad dated maybe... but this is a lovely hotel!

Clean Hotel, Friendly Staff, But Not Four-Star Standard
We recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be very clean, with friendly and helpful reception staff. The pool area was lovely, and the beaches nearby were absolutely beautiful, which made for a relaxing holiday.
However, there were several things that left us disappointed. For a four-star hotel, we found it unacceptable that there was no kettle in the room. When we asked about getting hot water, the receptionist advised us to go to the bar. Even one member of staff commented that they didn't understand why there were no kettles and suggested that we mention it on TripAdvisor.
Another issue was the lack of milk available. As there were no nearby shops, we expected the hotel to provide some basic essentials, but someone attempted to charge us €2.25 for a tiny jug of milk, which we thought was disgraceful. In our experience, these are basic amenities that should be included, especially in a four-star hotel.
Although the hotel was clean, it felt quite run down and could really do with a facelift. The facilities and decor no longer reflect the standard we would expect from a four-star property.
Overall, while we appreciated the friendliness of the reception staff and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and pool area, we wouldn't choose to stay here again because of the issues mentioned above.
