family hotel

The best thing was the buffet, always willing to help, they made us have a fabulous vacation, the staff was the best of the hotel. My daughter has celiac disease, the person in charge went out of her way to help us, they always had solutions for her meals.

To be avoided at all costs

You can't even call this hotel a hotel, it's a dirty ruin that's falling apart. It's a disgrace that people are still being accommodated in this hole. The staff are very friendly, but it starts in the hotel corridors, where there are stains and dirt on the floors and walls and ceilings, the wallpaper is falling off the walls, the doors are broken. The rooms are dirty and some of them smell extremely of drains. The "restaurant" is a food hall and totally uncomfortable and you are just put up with.

Don't book here

We stayed here as part of today's Mediterranean Epic Triathlon and it was terrible. The hotel is just totally outdated and dirty like nothing I've ever seen. The hallways stink of old cigarette smoke, there are stains on the ceilings, walls and floors, the rooms are dirty and worn, there is yellow dirt on the bed frames, we fled our first room straight away because the drains smelled so bad. For once the buffet was OK. I would NEVER stay here again.

Only acceptable, but not to go

Very large hotel for few staff. That, together with practically zero maintenance, makes the 4 stars go down to at least 2 stars. Battle dining room and facilities left completely, both in the hotel and in the rest of Marina Dor: gardens, amusement park, water park, access to the beach...but despite everything the employees continue to give their best and that is thank. The Fuertes group is going to have a lot of work to do here, but I hope they make this tourist complex go back to what it was, because it is sad to see how it is sinking little by little.

Desolante

Un Hotel deludente in cui non torneremo senz'altro. Purtroppo non c'è stato neanche un aspetto di questa struttura che raggiunga la sufficienza:
la stanza è datata e necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione, da proprio l'idea (e non solo quella) di sporco, con persino delle cingomme attaccate al soffitto! Stesso discorso per gli spazi comuni: la pisciana ha le sdraio al limite della decenza ed è un incubo per le mosche che non danno tregua! Il ristorante è una mensa da fabbrica con un aspetto desolante. Presumibilmente è una strutura degli anni 80 che non ha mai subito alcun aggiornamento, e oltretutto neanche troppo conveniente. Tutto è fatiscente, siamo rimasti 50 minuti fuori dalla porta della camera attendendo la manutenzione, perche la tessera, nonostante diverse riprogrammazioni alla reception, continuava a non aprire!
