El Cruce

Paramos 4 amigas a desayunar y VALENTÍN nos atendió de forma excelente. Un encanto de persona y muy buen profesional. Todo muy bueno y nos sirvieron muy rápido. Volveremos a pasar por allí sin duda!!!

Embarrassing customer service and the waiters' lack of knowledge about what they sell

Every now and then we try to give it a try. I find it sad that the waiters have no idea that olive oil is vegetables for example and that, in addition, they want to talk to customers as if the fools were them...

To not repeat

We booked a double room, when we entered it smelled bad, closed, we had to open the window and the surprise was that it did not have air conditioning, nor a sad fan, we went to ask for another one with air but there was none, and since it was very hot we slept with the window open having to endure the noise of cars and motorcycles passing all night. It seems incredible that with the heat in summer in Padul they do not have air conditioning in all the rooms nor do they specify it at the time of reservation. Also There is a lot of noise from the hostel bar. In conclusion, we slept very badly.

VERY BAD SERVICE

The service is ZERO!!
The manager Frederico or Srederico is mean and has not respect for the guests. He does not listen to the guest and hang up in your ear if you call him and explain your problem! I wanted to speak with his manager because of his behaviour. But he hanged up on me. I am very pissed of because of his lack of understanding. If you explain something to him, he will interrupt you with talking and defend him self like a child.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!
Every question to The receptionists can not be answered, because they will send you to the supervisor ( manager).
I am shocked about the service and let this be a lesson for you all!

Mejor no parar ahí

Los camareros son lentísimos, tardaron más de 1 hora en servirnos la comida.
Es carísimo, 7 euros cada postre.
La comida regular y revisad la cuenta, a nosotros nos cobraron de más. Un desastre. No volveremos nunca.
