Very bad, we could not rest at all.

I stayed for two nights on the Camino de Santiago, I do not recommend it due to lack of hygiene; on the second day, they did not clean our room, and the maids were not attentive at all. The spring mattress was so bad that I had to put a blanket on it because the springs were digging in; I do not recommend it; the only good thing was the lunch food.

SHAME AND IMPOTENCE

NOTICE: DON'T THROW your money or dignity here
If you are thinking of staying or eating at this pension, TURN AROUND. What awaits you is not a service, it is an attack on common sense and constant disrespect.
An insane asylum disguised as a boarding house
The person who attends (to call him something) lacks the slightest mental stability and education. It's not that she's unsympathetic, it's that she's dangerous to the public. We have witnessed how:
He insults and shouts at older pilgrim couples just to ask if there was a table.
It goes into absolutely disproportionate outbreaks of anger. In our case, faced with the simple complaint that the radiator was not working, the answer was a barrage of insults, screams and violent banging against the counter glass.
He is dedicated to humiliating customers by shouting "what do you know about being cold?" behaving as if we are asking him for a favor when we are paying for a service.
Illegality and total lack of protection
The most serious thing is not only the vexatious treatment and beatings at the table, but the total impunity with which they operate:
They blatantly lie: They say the technical service has checked the premises when they don't even have access to the rooms.
They violate the law: By asking for the claim sheet (mandatory by law), they refuse to hand it over with absurd excuses. It is an establishment that operates outside all consumer regulations.
CONCLUSION: It is a real shame that such a place is still open. It's an emotionally unhealthy place and a commercial fraud. They treat people like trash and make fun of those who keep their business alive.
DON'T COME. Let them be left screaming alone in an empty place, which is what they deserve.

THEY HAVE NO SHAME OR KNOWN HER

A real bitter who doesn't deal with the public.
They are really lucky to have this situation, because in other conditions it would be a long time ago that this pension would be closed.
There is a little girl who is literally crazy and, as soon as she gives him the high, she starts to squeal and insult people who are waiting for him to provide a service, either restaurant or accommodation.
In our case, we witnessed how he insulted and opened the restaurant to an older couple of pilgrims who only asked if he had a table for two diners.
Literally, this is only done by a person with mental disposition.

POORLY EDUCATED AND REGRETTABLE

We arrive at the restaurant and as there are more people, they tell us to stand in line. No problem. We stand in line and, after waiting 30 minutes, when it will be our turn and after canceling another reservation we had, tells us that we are not fed. We ask for explanations and he tells us, with a squeal, that it is his house, after which he throws us out into the street in a husky cry like a posese. We have obviously defended ourselves by saying how ill-mannered she is, with the embarrassment of the whole room that I could not believe. It's not bad that for the good it doesn't come.....we have come to Bar Morrina and flag have treated us.

Horrendous! AVOID!

Horrendous! We were in a group and had 2 vegetarians. We were presented with the Pilgrim menu, which was all meat, so asked if we could order from the main menu and the waitress went nuts! She started shouting, saying she didn't have this, this, this etc. Pizza was on the menu so we asked if we could have the Pizza and she screamed noooooo we don't have pizza if you want pizza go somewhere else. Totally bizarre!? Why have it on the menu and get angry when YOU don't have it. The most bizarre dining experience we've ever had!!! We left without eating.....obviously.
