Great for family
Much better than we expected, our stay has been short, the only bad thing is that it made us bad weather and we wanted to book for summer and there are no dates, to expect with the service and facilities so great.
We should highlight the staff who have provided absolutely everything from an absolute affection.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CAMPING INTERPALS
Very disappointed with our stay at Camping Interpal. Our reservation was through my employer and APV. The reception at the campsite was average. No information was given about the campsite's operations (laundry, pool, dining, vacation checks...).
Regarding the restaurant, the welcome was nice; however, for takeout, we had tapas one evening (among other things, a Coke and tomatoes). In the box, I found some pieces of toasted baguette with a bit of olive oil, a tomato, and garlic cloves placed next to it... I admit that for a "gourmet" restaurant, it leaves much to be desired. As for the campsite itself, it is not at all accessible for an elderly person, a child, or even worse, for a person with reduced mobility... Between the mobile homes below, trenches that are very dangerous, and no safety barriers or anything else. The elevated spots are very difficult for an elderly person or someone who has trouble moving. It's true that in the summer, there would be a little train circulating in the campsite, but for the rest of the year...
Every time we need something, we have to take the car...
Also, there is no parking space in front of the mobile homes to park the car. We had to park it in a lot below the mobile home.
For the laundry, a washing token costs €7. What they don't tell you is that the detergent and fabric softener are provided. When we noticed it, we went to see them, and the response was, "It's in the machine; starting it triggers everything." It would have been nice to inform us before we used it.
The pool... wow! I have never seen such a lack of hygiene in a pool... in the summer, it must be a breeding ground... no restrooms on site, no footbath, no showers either... go ahead... swim in this pool at your own risk (I have worked in a pool in France, I know what I'm talking about...)
Not to mention that it closes at 6 PM. No hours are indicated, but someone is indeed there to start ejecting you as early as 5:20 PM... LOL
Ah, you will tell me, there is the sea 450 meters from the campsite... not to mention the time it takes to get down to the campsite... and the beach, well, it's a good kilometer and a half, I think (hard for someone with walking difficulties. And when you want to get into the water, at first it's fine, but very quickly you can't touch the bottom anymore (you find yourself in a hole) which is to be avoided for children.
On the other hand, I want to say that the person who welcomed us at the APV "stand" was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
For my part and that of my friends, it was a bad experience... fortunately, there are beautiful sites around Pals that are very nice...
To conclude, for a campsite not far from our French borders, the only translations we could see were in Spanish, Catalan, and English, even at the campsite reception where it was quite difficult to be understood.
Also, I dare to hope that the identity card scanners have indeed been erased from their software and that of the local police because a colleague staying at the same campsite asked the question, and he was told that the local police kept them in memory... of what? We do not know, but at a time when identity theft is common... I remain cautious...

Nous regrettons tout particulièrement le sentiment de manque d’informations lors de votre arrivée. Notre équipe s’efforce de fournir toutes les informations nécessaires concernant le fonctionnement du camping et, cette saison, nous disposons également d’une webapp avec les horaires, les services et des informations pratiques pour nos hôtes. Dans tous les cas, nous prenons bonne note de votre remarque afin de continuer à améliorer cet aspect.
Concernant le restaurant, nous sommes heureux d’apprendre que l’accueil et le service de notre équipe ont été agréables. Quant au « pain à la tomate », il s’agit d’une préparation très typique de notre région, traditionnellement servie avec de la tomate et de l’ail afin que chacun puisse le préparer selon ses goûts. Nous comprenons néanmoins que cela puisse surprendre les personnes qui ne connaissent pas cette coutume, et nous vous remercions pour votre remarque qui nous aidera à mieux l’expliquer à nos clients.
En ce qui concerne la configuration du camping, notre établissement est effectivement intégré dans un environnement naturel avec des dénivelés, puisque nous sommes situés sur une dune naturelle caractéristique de la région. C’est précisément pour cette raison que nous recommandons toujours aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou ayant des difficultés à se déplacer de nous contacter au préalable, afin que nous puissions leur conseiller l’hébergement le plus adapté à leurs besoins.
Concernant la piscine, nous appliquons quotidiennement les contrôles et protocoles hygiéno-sanitaires établis par la réglementation en vigueur. Pendant certains jours du printemps, la présence de pollen a pu affecter visuellement l’aspect de l’eau, sans que cela ne représente un quelconque risque pour la santé des clients. Par ailleurs, la piscine dispose d’horaires surveillés par l’équipe de sauveteurs et ne fonctionne pas comme une zone de baignade libre.
Concernant la plage, le camping se situe à environ 450 mètres de son accès, comme nous l’indiquons dans nos informations et sur nos canaux officiels.
Enfin, nous souhaitons vous rassurer concernant le traitement des données personnelles. Toutes les informations demandées lors du check-in sont gérées conformément à la législation en vigueur et exclusivement dans le cadre des obligations légales applicables aux établissements touristiques.

Camping staff friendly and helpful
Nice campsite with friendly staff and even speak Dutch. We've been getting there for 20 years. This year we had problems with the owner of our caravan parking. Tried to solve it myself by phone and mail, but could not get it done. Finally went to the campsite desk asking if they could help us. Without a problem, a member of staff has called the caravan parking every day to solve the problem for us. Eventually succeeded and are very happy that we were helped so well.
The staff are not only friendly when you arrive at the campsite, but help you wherever they can. Super nice.

Hartelijk dank voor uw mooie woorden en voor het vertrouwen dat u al 20 jaar in Interpals stelt. Dat betekent ontzettend veel voor ons. Wat vervelend dat u problemen heeft gehad met de caravanstalling, maar we zijn erg blij dat ons receptieteam u heeft kunnen helpen en dat het uiteindelijk is opgelost. We vinden het belangrijk om onze gasten te ondersteunen waar we kunnen, ook als het om zaken buiten de camping gaat. We geven uw complimenten met veel plezier door aan onze collega's. We hopen u nog vele jaren bij Interpals te mogen verwelkomen. Tot ziens!

Precise family camping
It is a family camping site with the necessary services. A very clean pool just like the restrooms. It is quiet and close to the beach, with Paliexpress service that takes you if you don't feel like walking. We have come for two consecutive years and we will return!

Terrible.
The waiters were very friendly except for one gardener who, in my opinion, is a racist; he treated his workers poorly in front of the customers.
