Good choice

We stayed and ate there, phenomenal. Speed and attention. The clean hostel and possibility of accommodation for a family of 4 people. The food and breakfast very rich and variety even for intolerances, we travel with a coeliac.

Terrible

My experience with this establishment has been profoundly disappointing. While we were on our way to the hotel, we called and were informed that our room had been given to other people at 6:00 PM, under the excuse that we did not answer the phone. It is unacceptable for a hotel to decide to cancel a confirmed reservation. If you are looking for a serious place that respects its commitments and values its customers' time, this is not the place.

Dismal

Our experience with this hotel has been dismal. While we were on our way to the hotel around 8:30 PM, we called and were informed that at 6:00 PM they had given our rooms to others. There were 7 of us, and we had to look for another hotel. They made the excuse that they gave the room because we did not answer the phone. Conclusion: do not make a reservation because for them it is normal to leave seven people stranded after a six-hour trip; when I called, they did not even apologize; on the contrary, they acted arrogantly. IF YOU WANT TO BE LEFT STRANDED WITHOUT A ROOM, BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. I give it one star because I cannot give less.

They Made Love for 8 Minutes and 35 Seconds

The walls in this hotel are so thin you can hear everything the guests in the neighbouring rooms get up to. Around midnight, for instance, our loud French neighbours decided to make love.
The next morning, from about 6:30 am, we were treated to the screeching sound of chairs being dragged across the floors in the rooms above us, followed a little later by the outer doors slamming shut.
SLAM. SLAM. SLAM.
You’re right — we didn’t get much sleep that night.
The internet works fine — as long as no one else is using it at the same time. In the afternoon we could surf happily; in the evening it was completely hopeless.
The beds were OK (a bit on the soft side) and the bathroom decent enough (although you step straight from the shower onto the toilet, and the hairdryer doesn’t work).
Breakfast is included and served in a freezing cold restaurant (you’ll need a coat in winter). There are a few options: excellent coffee, synthetic juice, toast, churros or a croissant. Very Spanish.
Free parking is one of the biggest pluses here.

Value for money good

Good deal, especially from Sandra. Dignified and well-conditioned room as well as the bathroom, had everything you need
