This complex is situated in a quiet area of Playa del Ingles, just behind the promenade and 100 m from the beach. Nearby are the Cita, Yumbo and La Sandia shopping centres. Guests can practice all kinds of water sports on the beach and it is 250 m to the tourist centre of Playa del Ingles. It is 5.5 km to Las Palmas, and Las Palmas Airport is 25 km away. This beach apartment complex comprises a total of 24 apartments spread over 4 floors, and a lobby. Each apartment offers a bedroom with 2 beds as well as a sofa bed. All come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and there is a living room and an open American-style kitchen. The apartments are equipped with a telephone, a radio, a hire safe and TV. The kitchen offers a coffee maker, a toaster and a hob with 4 plates. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace furnished with a table and chairs. This complex features an outdoor heated swimming pool in the garden with showers and changing rooms as well as sun loungers with cushions, and parasols. Tennis courts are just a few metres away and there is a golf course 3 km from the complex. Moreover, sun loungers and parasols may be hired on the sandy beach. Basic apartments.
Supermarket at 200 mtr. further there is little to nothing. Yumbo at 600mtr. We had a great time but for something more there are better alternatives including breakfast and good coffee. For the connoisseurs, the famous ice cream parlor Ciao Ciao is gone and with it a piece of fun. Playa del Ingles itself can also do something about the vacancy, especially in the big shopping centers!

Goede appartementen, prima sanitair, goede bedden. Prima schoonmaak en vriendelijk personeel met name Marta!
en voor de rest is alles aanwezig voor een leuke vakantie.

Schöne Anlage - keine sehr freundliche Begrüßung
Aber als die Klospülung versagt hatte, war er sehr schnell zu Reparatur da.
Die ganze Anlage ist mit Kameras ausgestattet. Als wir mal mittags ins Zimmer hoch wollten, wurden wir angesprochen den Schirm zu zumachen (Beobachtung via Kamera), da ja der Schirm weg fliegen könnte. Dabei war überhaupt kein Wind. Es waren auch andere Schirme geöffnet. Wir empfanden das als Schikane! (Big brother is watching you!)
Am Pool gibt es eine Umkleidekabine und eine Toilette. Der Pool war beheizt. Die Dusche kalt und warm einstellbar! Auflagen sind auch da. Es gibt große Sonnenschirme, die hochgekurbelt werden.
Das Apartment hat uns gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ok. Allerdings hat ein Wasserkocher gefehlt. Da musste man den Topf nehmen. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine. Aber, nicht jeder ist Kaffeetrinker. Ein Sieb zum waschen von Salat oder Abgießen für Spaghetti hat auch gefehlt. Das haben wir uns billig im Sparmarkt gekauft. Auf der Couch kann man schlafen, allerdings bei Rückenproblemen hat man morgens Schmerzen. Die Matratzen vom Bett sind hart. Alles Geschmackssache. Der Balkon hat eine Tür, wo ein kleines Trockenkämmerchen vorhanden ist mit Wäscheseil und Klammern. Und die Koffer haben auch noch rein gepasst. Das fanden wir klasse! Wir hatten in der einen Woche nur Handtuchwechsel. Mitte der Woche wurde nur gefegt - leider nicht nass geputzt. Das Putzpersonal kommt nicht jeden Tag. Wenn einem der Müll oder die leeren Flaschen zu viel werden, muss man sie einfach mit runter nehmen. Mülltonne ist ums Eck (Wandklappe auf) und Flaschen Container stehen auf dem Grossen Parkplatz vorm Haus. Brötchen hingen morgens an der Tür. 2 x die Woche muss man sie unten selber holen. (Dienstag u. Donnerstag)
Der Aufzug ist neu. Die Aufzugstimme bisschen nervig. (Erst spanisch, dann englisch).
Aber nicht schlimm, halt lustig.
Das Publikum ist überwiegend im Rentenalter, was nicht nachteilig ist, denn es war immer schön ruhig und entspannend.
Alles in allem haben wir uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Seit 35 Jahren kommen wir nach Gran Canaria. Wir haben auch schon Reinfälle erlebt. Diese Anlage können wir weiter empfehlen! Lage ist super, nahe zum Strand und zum Zentrum La Sandia.
Es war Fasching in der Woche, die Straßen waren zu geparkt, laute Musik wurde vor dem Apartment gespielt von Party-Leuten. Nachts hat man die Bässe vom Jumbo Center gehört. Wer Remmi Demmi mag, sollte an Fasching da sein und das mal miterlebt haben. Ein Riesen Umzug findet statt, Wahl der Drag Queen und Sonntags ist eine Riesen Veranstaltung am Strand.(Beerdigung der Sardine mit aschließendem Feuerwerk)
Wir brauchen es nicht nochmal... lach...Uns war es "to much".
Man kann an der Rezeption (wie bei den meisten Apartments) Wasser kaufen.
Wir würden wieder das Las Afortunadas buchen.
