Lovely apartments
We first visited Leo apartments @ 11 years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it and this time we travelled with our daughter and her family. We had 2 apartments which were spacious, clean and adequately equipped- although contents did vary from our apartment to theirs. Towels were changed midweek.
There are 3 pools and they were well maintained and cleaned regularly with plenty of sun beds and parasols. The pool area was never very busy.
Apartments are 5 minute walk to a small supermarket with freshly baked bread and all essentials, and also a cafe and bar/ restaurant where we ate a few times.
It is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach; either along a main road that also has a large supermarket on the way or a very pleasant walk through residential streets . We would certainly return again.

To flee ! Look at our real photos and those from Tripadvisor for 3900 euros for two weeks!
Tripadvisor absolutely must redo its photos to present these apartments because we are falling into false advertising as a result!
We went away as a family for 2 weeks for a total cost of 3900 euros. To prove our good faith here are our photos, we also add the bad ones from the cupboards and therefore impossible to put our clothes away..

Spacious apartment in quiet location
We booked this apartment very last minute and we’re happily surprised as it was ideal for us. We did have a 6 person apartment for only 2 of us so seemed nice and big. It was a bit dated as other reviews noted but was clean and had everything you needed. Kitchen could have done with a baking/oven tray. Very quiet I’m fussy about noise and didn’t hear anything. There was a bar up the road that us some music but really wasn’t an issue at all. Pool was big enough to do short lengths. Never busy late afternoon evening but we were out all day. We were on a cycling holiday so main attraction wasn’t the beach but we did walk down for ice cream. It’s about 0.75 of a mile and took us 15 mins but it would be a bit longer to get to the main restaurant area. Fine for us but a long way with toddlers I would think. Would go back there as quiet and port de Pollensa is a good location to get to other places although in it self isn’t the most amazing place but has fab views. To note apartments are smoking which worried me as hate the smell of smoke but it didn’t have any smell whatsoever at all. Only saw the owner to pay tax on last evening. We arrived 3am which wasn’t a problem they let us know apartment number and left a key in the door. They communicated well by e mail even though very late booking (2 days before).

Family of 5 summer holiday august 2023
We have just returned from a lovely 10 day stay at Leo apartments. We have 3 children and the accommodation was great value for money. Great size, comfortable beds, fresh towels and linen provided during our stay. Our apartment was really comfortable offering everything we needed. A perfect smaller pool literally as we stepped off our terrace. Lovely larger pool, plenty of sun beds available every day. Beach and centre is around 12-15 minute pleasant walk. Handy smaller supermarket 5 minutes away and a big eroski (supermarket) about 10 minutes walk up the road. Would highly recommend if this accommodation meets your budget. Thanks Leo apartments.

Disgusting accommodation shame as with investment & time spent on updating could be so much better, no investment made
We sadly stayed here recently , never again! We had no electricity for the first few days as there was an issue with the fuse box. On the 2nd day it was intermittent so we tried cooking a meal but lost power so the food had to be thrown away. The apartment was next (less than 2metres) from the children’s playground which was used most days from 7am ish so very noisy start to the days. The playground was absolutely decrepit , beyond rundown , it was disgustingly neglected & in a dangerous state of repair! . We were eating on the balcony one day with children playing in front of us & had a ball land on the table in our food so abandoned all hope of using the balcony again . The area around the playground/apartment balcony was littered with cat crap so a minefield to use! Behind the bedroom were the table tennis ‘facilities’, again decrepit. The pool area was neglected with old sun beds half of which were broken/stinking & had obviously never been cleaned/disenfected . .the communal area with rattan chairs was filthy when we arrived & hadn’t been touched/cleaned when we left 11 days later. We requested two pillows & kettle on day one , we received one pillow & never got the kettle. The staff were miserable & it was made clear that we were an inconvenience to have even asked. The apartment was outdated badly Maintained & cleanliness obviously wasn’t important . I asked the maintenance guy for a new sweeping broom as the one provided was
Broken , he walked through the apartment to place it on the balcony & left a trail of cat crap in his wake (from his shoes). We went to reception 7 times to make our payment but reception was closed , ok we were up & out by 9am but sadly the day it was open when we went to leave we had a taxi waiting so couldn’t stop . We made plans to remain on the premises on the last day until we caught somebody at reception , no need as what happened was while we were sleeping at 23.00 the night before a guy was banging on our door ‘ to collect money’. My husband explained that we had been trying to catch the reception open but he wasn’t open to discussion & just became irate , we arranged to meet him at reception at 10am the next morning. At this time we discovered that what we thought was a locked cupboard was actually a door directly into reception as when he left he went into reception turned on the light (which we could see around the door) this was concerning to us at we no longer felt secure in the apartment. Don’t take my word for this just check out the photographs attached.
