Not as bad as it seems
Was here for a week.
Rooms appeared tidy and clean, bed was fine. Door opened with key card, had no concerns with safety.
Food was actually really good, we enjoyed every meal, it would be difficult if you were a fussy eater. Some things were repeated but if you are feeding large sums of people from different regions, it’s understandable why this is.
Staff were really friendly, our key card stopped working and this was fixed no problem. Eating and dining/bar staff, were really friendly I enjoyed their presence.
The pool really needs a good clean, however at times guests would get into the pool at night and this interferes with cleaning cycles etc. The pool tiles were also loose and we seen x2 people with deep lacerations to their feet. It’s also very very deep so if you don’t want a cut, don’t put your feet on the floor. Common sense really.
The meal times were abit late. But this could be a cultural thing.
The location is good if you like the quiet as it’s pretty out the way, would not be ideal if you had mobility issues but if you don’t mind the walk it was fine.
A guest within the hotel had a psychotic episode and climbed onto a balcony, staff responded fast, (not their job) and the police were there fast, staff got mattresses and tried to help. Even after this the staff were supportive and didn’t chuck them out. So that’s a positive

Yes the maids don’t come every day, but If you keep things clean, then they aren’t needed. You don’t change your bed at home everyday :/. If you want new towels ask. It’s not a problem.

We also came before and asked for a floor room as my family member would struggle with stairs, this was accommodated. Very good.

Very good for the money
I was really nervous to stay here due to being used to 5 star hotels and seeing some negative reviews however I am completely shocked. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bellevue Aquarius. The rooms were clean a bit outdated and in need of a refurb but the beds were comfy. The only major issue with the rooms is if you are on level 4 or 5 it is quite a walk to your room and involved a lot of stairs. Also, the keycards were very faulty to the point we had to go to reception on a daily basis sometimes twice a day to get them sorted. The pool area is your average blue sunbeds vibe. The pool itself is nice and quite deep. There are many many many missing and loose tiles on the pool and it needs a good refurb however it doesn’t really cause a issue because you can’t touch the floor anyway and the pool itself
Is still lovely. The food is really nice. It’s nothing fancy but it’s all tasty. When eating you get a drink bought to you and it is a buffet style. They switch up the hot options on a daily basis but have chicken nuggets burgers hotdogs and chips for those picky eaters. The staff are very lovely and attentive and can’t do any more for you. They are all very talkative and kind. The only negative things about the all inclusive is snacks are not included and the cocktails come from a vending machine they are still nice it would just be nice to have frozen ones. Also, on our last day we weren’t flying home until 19:30 and when we checked out at 12 you have to have your wrist band cut off and then you have to pay for your drinks until you leave we were allowed to have dinner but not and drinks. If you come to the hotel on your first day early you are not allowed the last dinner to be included only breakfast. We arrived at 00:30 which is why we were allowed dinner.
The entertainment has room for improvement however I do believe they are probably doing their best with the budget they’ve got. The breakfast is served 8-10 dinner 1-3 and tea is 7-9. Drinks are 10-11. The hotel also has self catering facilities in the rooms which consists of pots pans cutlery a stove top a toaster a microwave and an oven and mugs and glasses. The beach is a 10 minute walk away so are the shops and pubs there are a few pubs a bit closer to the hotel aswell. Overall the experience at this hotel was very good and I will definitely be returning. It is a good price it just needs a good refurb.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Don't stay, dirty, Extremely dirty. No clean towels r room cleaned for one week. Myself And my husband booked air b&b last few days. Beds were that bad we did not sleep in them.

has potential but ruined by pool
You definitely get what you pay for, its alright in terms of clean rooms and decent facilities. However, the pool is an absolute health hazard, its a shame because this hotel really does have potential, the staff are lovely (especially the older guy who works security at night) but the pool is worryingly dangerous, majority of tiles are missing and covered in mould, always bits in the pool aswell as if theres no filtration/cleaning system. Could be making thousands more if they invested in the pool x

Very good
Room was nice and clean up
To standard you either get a balcony or a terrace which is nice,very good views, pool is perfect temperature and quite big, Staff are very helpful although the food and all inclusive drinks arent great I would probably stay here again minus the all inclusive.
