Simple but nice

We often stay here in early spring, because it's not too crowded. We always rent out the same flat, which has good furniture and a wonderful view of the sea. The swimming pool is mostly clean but not heated up. You can get spanish Tv and a few french, german and english programs which is fine. The flats are not too big, so wouldn't recommend staying with more than 3-4 people. It's located at the edge of town, so it's a few minute walk to the beach. A grocery store is nearby.

Basic but perfect

The apartment we rented was pretty basic. There were minimal cooking facilities, the sheets were old (but clean), the bathroom needed modernising. However the housekeeping was great, the place generally well maintained and the location great. At the top/back of Puerto Naos, it's still only 5 mins to the promenade. The view was lovely, the pool cold but pleasant. Wifi was frustrating - it only worked in some places and was slow. This suited our needs well (we mainly ate out) and for the price, it's definitely worth staying!

Great view and good value

We have stayed at Los Lajones on 4 occasions and this time we only had one week. The location is great with a fantastic view (read: the sunset)! This time we had an apartment on top floor, which we had requested, but as it turned out we heard the traffic better. Oh well, you can't win'em all. We also noticed that over the last few years the wear and tear is visible; the ventilator over the stove was broken, the refrigerator was old and noisy but the beds were ok. So, all in all, we like it there. If you accept that this is not a 4-star hotel I'm sure you will like it too. It's a convenient location close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the beach. You can also rent a car from the same company, TAMANCA.

Können wir überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir übernachteten 10 Tage in einem Appartment.
Es ist alles sehr verwohnt. Oberflächlich wurde geputzt, aber man sollte nicht in die Ecken schauen.
Wir haben die Küche bis auf den Kühlschrank lieber nicht benutzt.
Der Siphon des Waschbeckens war kaputt. Nach Meldung über die Reiseleitung, da keine Verständigung mit der Rezeption auf Englisch oder Deutsch möglich war, wurde gewischt, aber der Schaden nicht behoben.
Wir haben dann einen Topf druntergesetzt, damit das Badezimmer nicht wieder überschwemmt.
Die Badewanne war schon sehr abgenutzt. Das warme Wasser reichte knapp für 2 Personen zum Duschen. Da mußte man aber schon aufpassen. Ansonsten war das Badezimmer sehr klein. Toilettenpapier haben wir uns zur Sicherheit zugekauft.
2 mal in der Woche wurde gereinigt und auch die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Handtücher waren schon in einem sehr abgenutzten Zustand, die Bettwäsche wurde einmal gewechselt.
Es gab einen Fernseher, der nur spanische Fernsehsender brachte. WLAN gab es im "Wohnzimmer" und auf dem Balkon. Um Emails abzurufen und im Internet zu surfen, war es schnell genug.
Wir hatten inkl. Frühstück bei einem Reiseveranstalter gebucht. Das bedeutete insgesamt 3 km hin- und zurück zum Hotel laufen. Aus zeitlichen Gründen können wir nur abraten. Aber wenn man einen schönen Spaziergang machen möchte.....
Wohlgefühlt haben wir uns nicht, der Balkon war das einzigste Positive. Obwohl von den 3 Stühlen war einer defekt.

Netter Ausblick

...auf das Meer. Sonst bietet die Unterkunft eher unterdurchschnittliche Ausstattung auf einem sehr bescheidenen Niveau. Duschen bzw. Badewanne veraltet und leicht verkommen, ebenso das Schlafzimmer schwer in die Jahre gekommen. Alles sauber aber sehr sehr abgenutzt. Einziges wirkliches Plus: der Preis ist ok. Zum billig wohnen ok, wenn man keinerlei Ansprüche stellt.
