DELIGHTED!!
We have spent two weeks on an all-inclusive plan, two adults and two children, and we could not have been more delighted with the experience.
We absolutely loved everything: from the reception staff, the entertainment team, and the waiters, to the cleaning service. Everyone was very friendly and attentive during our stay.
One of the aspects that worried us the most was the buffet, but the truth is that it exceeded our expectations. Lots of variety, good quality, and, furthermore, the lines were within normal limits considering the amount of people there were.
Without a doubt, it is a hotel that we will return to and that we totally recommend for spending a few days as a family.
If I had to point out some aspect to improve—and always from my personal opinion, which is not intended to be a criticism—I would invest something in modernizing certain areas of the building and, if possible, I would include a few more elevators, since at certain times it can be somewhat complicated.
But I insist, it is simply a personal opinion as an aspect for improvement. In general, our experience has been fantastic and we are looking forward to repeating it. Thank you very much for these two weeks!

Higiene and cleaning much worse!
I was on holiday in this hotel in June and do not recommend.
There is very little hygiene and cleanliness in the hotel. During meals, we had to be looking for the cutlery and the less dirty glasses. We even came away earlier because my son got a gastroenteritis during the stay.
The corridor of access to our room was with plenty of garbage and was never cleaned during the time we were there. The lack of personnel to work was notorious.
The hotel has a good location (1st line of beach) but today the rating of 4* is painful.

My review
Location: with an ocean view, this place is lovely. 15-20 mins away from the airport. You get a lot of steps in exploring the town over which has loads of bars and shops. The beach next to the hotel is black rock, but lovely nevertheless.
Atmosphere: although very children friendly, it was very calming. The hotel never felt busy or overwhelming. Everyone was calm and the staff were lovely.
Room: we were offered an upgrade for €40 after explaining it was our 7th year anniversary (no lie!) We got an ocean view! It was clean, spacious and gorgeous. No faults, cracks or mould found! Very clean.
Value: good value for money. We booked last minute and got an amazing deal offered to us. Glad we booked! Never been Tenerife before and now we’re coming back next year!
Noise level: none existent. All you hear were the crashing of waves at times.
Entertainment: couldn’t find where this was. We only stayed for a few days and as football was on, the main room was busy with other guests watching. The daily activities were really good. Water polo was very fun! A lot of engaged in this all as competitive was each other — made it very funny.
I went with my partner to relax for a few days and we absolutely loved every moment. Didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much!

Lovely.hotel.shame no english here all.Spanish
Stayed at hotel.trinidad for 1 week spacious rooms lots of variety food to choose from!! staff were excellent. Only downside to this hotell is all Spanish people!! hotel.trinidad cater for the spanish more than the english spanish. Stay here may/june/July/august not many English we only seen l.couple all week we were there!!!here can get lonely if ur a couple 2 pools with bar . Entertainment at night is in Spanish talking karaoke/bingo singers!! We were all inclusive but ventured out most night to english bar lillys bar due to not understanding Spanish!! not much to do outside the resort only a few shops and restaurants
Beach was shingal beach lots of stones on top of sand so wear sandles. But nice and big beach deckchairs are £6 euros to.hire on.beach if the entertainment was more english it would of been a good holiday that's the only downside to going to this hotel..

Worst hotel so far
Fantastic location right on the promenade and that's about as far as it goes. Food from hell( and believe me i can eat almost anything) but couldn't stomach it. Rooms basic, Spanish holidaymakers hotel and resort. 1 English ex pats pub, nowhere for decent brekkie . Amazing if your 70 plus age and Spanish!
