Good hotel for the price, a bit far from the center.

Nice hotel in the quiet Santa Margarida neighborhood, 25 minutes from the center on foot.
Decent, clean room on the 5th floor with a nice view of the canals and a quiet neighborhood. 2 pools and one for children.
Restaurant with a buffet, family-style cooking but good with plenty of choices.

Pleasant stay.

In general, a good hotel, the meals were good, cleanliness was quite good, the rooms were spacious and comfortable; the only thing I didn't like was the noise in the dining room, there were many groups of French people and they were very loud, you could barely even talk unless you were shouting like them, I understand that it's not the hotel's fault, the dining room staff were already trying to give us a table separated from them.

Perfect

Everything was perfect! The people at the front desk were always at our disposal. Breakfast buffet very well-stocked, lots of choices. We stayed there for 4 days with our cocker spaniel. Bowls for our dog available in the room.
I highly recommend it.

Very happy

Without a doubt, the service, friendliness, and availability of the staff. I traveled alone by car with my wheelchair, and each and every one of the needs I had were met with kindness; especially one of them required special attention and was not part of their duties as a hotel service, and thanks to them helping me, I was able to fully enjoy my stay. I value it a lot.

Satisfied in general

Very attentive service, good room with good views, close to the beach and a wide variety of restaurants, dinner and breakfast with good quality and variety, we did not have lunch at the hotel so I will reserve my opinion for another occasion, the bar and pool service was very good. In summary, very good value for money
