Excellent
Excellent hotel! The staff is very kind! We had a problem with the air conditioning but they have compensated us very well and were very willing to minimize the inconvenience! I definitely highly recommend it! And we will definitely be back!

Super
Mega beautiful hotel (we were here 2 times). Since 2024, a lot has changed for the better. Staff is very friendly, rooms are large and clean. Pet-friendly and very, very attentive.

Great
Once again... our little refuge when we need to disconnect, and even though it is 5 minutes from home, it feels like we are 1,000 kilometers away.
Wonderful as always, and wonderful staff.
Housekeepers, receptionists, cooks, and all the staff behind the bar at both restaurants.
And especially and with much affection to Mónica and Sebas, for their professionalism, their smile, and above all their human quality.
A hug to everyone.

Nos hace una ilusión enorme saber que, aun estando tan cerca de casa, logramos que os sintáis a miles de kilómetros de distancia. Eso es exactamente lo que buscamos ofrecer.
Trasladaremos vuestro cariñoso mensaje a todo el equipo (camareras de piso, recepción, cocina y barra) y, muy especialmente, a Mónica y Sebas. Les va a emocionar muchísimo saber que su trabajo, su sonrisa y su calidad humana dejan una huella tan bonita en vosotros.

Less and less satisfactory
We have been visiting this hotel for two years; this was our fourth visit, and it will be the last.
The restaurant has not improved; the food is still more than average.
The rooms are becoming outdated.
We booked directly with the hotel at the request of the staff during our last visit.
No notable price difference; we even paid for parking when we had never paid before. We were not informed of this extra charge during our phone reservation. For us, it’s over; this hotel will no longer be part of our semi-annual stops.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir partagé votre avis, même si nous regrettons profondément de lire votre déception après avoir été un client fidèle lors de vos quatre derniers passages.
Nous tenons à nous excuser sincèrement pour le manque d'information concernant le coût du parking lors de votre réservation par téléphone ; ce supplément aurait dû vous être clairement communiqué et nous allons revoir nos protocoles de réservation pour éviter ce genre d'oubli. De plus, nous prenons note de vos remarques concernant le vieillissement des chambres et la qualité de la restauration afin de les transmettre directement à la Direction et à la Propriété pour de futures améliorations.

Check in was very easy. The staff were very helpful in helping us plan our stay in the area! Would highly recommend.
