The hotel is great. The only problem that I encountered was the lack of a coffee maker that 99.99% of hotels have in every room; other than that, the hotel is great.

Hotel in the center of the monuments, very good breakfast, fresh orange juice, receptionist speaks French. Parking on the ground floor.

Central hotel... parking in the basement, very good breakfast. Fresh orange juice from the machine... quiet room. Reception speaks French. A good stop for us.

What a shame

After a late check in and difficulty finding the carpark, we were delighted to find this lovely hotel in a great location. The two receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. Tired after a long day’s driving with our dog (really well received and I might be biased, very well behaved!) we agreed to have breakfast the next day. On reflection, due to the fact we had a 6 hour drive ahead of us, we decided to cancel breakfast at 07.10 and try to miss some of the early morning traffic. This is when our experience became extremely unsatisfactory. I spoke with the receptionist who said we had to pay because breakfast had already been prepared for us. I questioned this because we hadn’t yet placed an order and there was still 20 minutes to go before breakfast even opened! Very disappointing and to be honest will put us off staying at a Sercotel hotel in future. What a shame as before this, the review would have been five star but 26 euros for nothing is excessive. Disappointing lack of discretion and flexibility

Marian at the Front desk was super kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Awesome location. Good heating system. Overall a very nice stay.

Hotel open h24, friendly staff, breakfast ok

4 d overpriced parking. Nice young staff. Chambermaids already ready at 10:00. Decent breakfast. You are in a building that aligns with the architecture of the old town. At the entrance to it. Air conditioner not efficient.. be careful on holy week processions block all access to shops and restaurants and are fanatical
