Have a good stay
Three days with the family at this hotel.
Apartment with one bedroom and a trundle bed in the living room
The living room and the bedroom are air-conditioned
The hotel is very secure
A nice supervised pool, too bad there are no lounge chairs around it

L'appartement climatisé et sécurisé a été pensé pour les familles. Notre piscine extérieure est surveillée avec des horaires adaptés. Les chaises longues sont disponibles à la location pour garantir l'accès à tous.

What a dump.
I have today the 4th of August arrived at the ona suites salou.
This is sold as a 4 * apartment not a chance.
When have family room for 4 people, the whole tiny apartment has 4 hangers for a family of 4 to hang their clothes so they don't look like rubbish .what are they playing at? What a complete disregard for their clients living out of a suitcase.
I have spent 2 hours trying to contact anyone who can help there is no reception after 4pm and no one to contact.
The room is a shoebox size for family of 4
And isnt big enough that is the 1st thing second being, there is a sofa bed for me to sleep on and it is absolutely filthy and disgusting ,my dog sleeps on better.
No-one would sleep on that yet ona suites expects me to pay 2000 euro for a room for a week call it 4 * and expect me to be okay with it.
These apartments aren't worth 3*
Money and the fact there is no-one who you can even contact makes it even worse. I travel for leisure 4/5 times a year and this has to be one of the worst experiences I've had.
For anyone thinking coming here, do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere. This had to be the biggest slap in the face that ive encountered as a client.
Ona Suites are you listening.

Our 40m² apartments are designed to accommodate up to 4 guests with standard vacation storage solutions. However, when all four guests are adults, as in your case, we generally recommend booking a two-bedroom apartment so that the living room can be used as a living area rather than as a sleeping space. We would also like to clarify that we provide complete bedding for all the beds in the apartment, including the sofa bed.
We maintain scheduled cleaning services every 4 nights as outlined in our policies, and our reception team remains available during published hours to assist with any needs. For arrivals outside regular hours, we provide detailed key collection instructions in advance.
Our central location near Levante Beach and PortAventura offers great value for those seeking proximity to Salou's main attractions.

Loved salou
Apt was very clean. Well stocked kitchenette. Beds and towels changed twice. Bed was comfortable. Large balcony, situated so close to beautiful beach. Only thing we didn’t like was no food or drinks allowed at poolside. Not even an icepop or soft drink. Only water. Also umbrellas would be good to be able to rent

Clean modern, great value
Spacious apartment. Modern and spotless.
The reception staff very helpful. Highly recommend staying there. Close to bars and beach. The pool was closed when we visited ( almost out of season) however didn't matter as the beach was so close
