100% recomendable

Reservamos 9 habitaciones ya que teníamos una boda en La Granja. Desde el primer día la atención y amabilidad fueron muy buenas. Además, tanto las instalaciones como las habitaciones están bien. Son habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. Sin ninguna duda, recomendaríamos este hotel a cualquier persona que vaya a pasar alguna noche en La Granja. Sin duda, un acierto.

BAD - WORSE - DEFENITELY THE WORST!

MAL - PEOR - SEGURAMENTE LO PEOR!
I write this only to be sure that people, who don't speak or read Spanish, will also get the full message of what already has been said here in Spanish, for we had exactly the same experience!
Of all my life, this was the worst hotel I ever stayed in, comparison price/quality!
A DESASTER, 90 EUROS FOR NOTHING MORE THAN A DETERIORATED HOSTAL!
The decoration is terrible, almost frightening, a mere example of bad taste. The bathroom is even worse, soap in tiny little sachets, the toilet either did not flush, or, once started, did not stop. The towels were transparent, totally worn out. A small bed in an even smaller room, the bedspread covered with cigarette stains and the smell in the room was terrible.
Breakfast (if you can call it that), was served by a non-interested lady, who served us 2 slices of toast with a choice between butter (which was margarine), oil or marmelade. Being a diabetic, I asked for a slice of cheese, or ham, or...anything, but the rude answer was: NO!! So far for service! She did, however, offer us some orange juice, informing us, at the same time, with almost a satisfied grin on her face, that it came out of a bottle!
Everything seemed to me a "Fawlty Tower" experience!
I could go on, and on, but, by now, I hope you got my message!
As we travelled with Spanish friends, there was no language problem and when they asked for another room, they were told that all rooms were the same, so,.........
my advise is; if you are desperate for a hotel, late in the evening:
YOU'LL PROBABLY BE BETTER OF AT THE SALVATION ARMY!

APARTAMENTO DE 10

Hemos pasado varias semanas aquí. Antes era hotel, ahora apartamentos.
Están en el centro del pueblo, pero zona tranquila, tienes todo cerca.
Se descansa muy bien, cama confortable, baño muy amplio. Tiene cocina-salón muy cómoda, con todo tipo de menaje.
Todo muy limpio y cuidado.

Experiencia nefasta

Lamentablemente, por primera vez en muchos años, nos encontramos con un alojamiento que no cumple con las mínimas condiciones de higiene en la habitación. El mobiliario roto y defectuoso. La insonorización inexistente, tremendamente ruidoso, imposible dormir. Una relación calidad precio absolutamente fuera de lugar. Al reclamar esta situación, la dirección del hotel nos trató de forma altiva y soberbia, “el problema es vuestro” nos espetó Patricia, la responsable, sin proporcionar ninguna solución ni compensación. No pudimos cambiarnos de alojamiento debido a la hora y la falta de disponibilidad en otros hoteles de la localidad. Experiencia nefasta, estamos pendientes de la reclamación efectuada a la Junta de Castilla y León.

Bien.

Bien en general.
La suite bien con el salón dormitorio y baño. Muy tranquilo y céntrico.
Teniendo en cuenta que es de dos estrellas el hotel, está muy bien.
Lo peor es tener que escribir 200 caracteres cuando no es necesario.
