Discover San Sebastian

Hotel located 15' from downtown San Sebastian. Very welcome. Spacious room, well appointed, mini-bar filled, safe, kettle with tea, sugar. Large bathroom, well equipped too. Too bad there was a bathtub, rather than a shower, more convenient.
Cafeteria and restaurant on site. Nice room, good kitchen.
WIFI OK. Parking in the basement on reservation.

No Outdoor Relaxing Areas.

We came as advised by British Airways holidays. The hotel states on its website a roof top terrace with hot tub. There is NO Indication on there website that this is closed - for building work! In June!
They have no other outside relaxting area apart from some outdoor metal tables near the bar area.
The overall facilities are poor to non existant. It is not really a suitable holiday hotel.
I would definately not recommend. BA need to remove this hotel from their list otherwise customers will use other holiday companies.

Gorgeous hotel

Everything about this hotel was spot on, the breakfasts are amazing, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff are friendly, it's in a great location, the restaurant serves wonderful food, the bar serves great cocktails in a superb setting and San Sebastion itself is lovely.

Breakfast started much later than I would have like.
Couldn’t open the window as the highway noise was awful.
Gym didn’t have a foam roller.
Staff wasn’t interested in addressing my specifics. They told me that I should talk to Hotels.com and not them about me needs. Weird?!

Breakfast without a single vegetable
Bad coffee
Very small selection of tea
In the room there is no logic: Huge space without a single shelf or drawer where you can put your things
A window (of several) without curtains so that one does not darken to sleep: either light from the street or daylight. WHAT?
Shower cabin, toilet, wash in different rooms far apart - hole in the head
For that price you have to find a better hotel.
