The studio was much smaller than the ones i previously rented for the same price and we didn't get the possibility to have a late check out. However, the staff was adorable and understanding. Very nice to have bracelets instead of keys. Would be nice if the name of the hotel was hideable though, so everyone wouldn't easily know where we're staying. Pool on the rooftop is clean and nice although not enough beach umbrellas and closes early (8pm). They have redone the floors and windows since last year the it is no much more soundproof, love it ! AC works absolutely fine as well. Will be back !

Overall, the stay was excellent with the exception from the front desk employee Paco. From the beginning and throughout the five day stay, he was rude to my party. On numerous occasions, we would see how he would smile and talk and joke around with people with ethnicities of the lighter skin tone. One particular instance was when we requested pool towels. Instead of placing the receipt on the counter, he threw them on the counter at both of us. Paco needs to go through some customer service training and possibly some diversity culture training.
Other than that, the stay was perfect! The rooms were clean, the rest of the staff was amazing and Great location.

Location very central to everything. Clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

Amazing value

Hidden jem right center in San Antonio. Room was spacious. Small rooftop bar/pool very reasonable prices. Location is the winner 1min from the egg. 4min from ibiza rocks bar. 5mins from west end. 15min walk from sunset strip. Another bonus is taxi queue stand right opposite hotel .

Beautiful discovery in Portimão.

Nice, clean studio with a kitchenette and basic dishes. Pleasant side sea view. Located in the center of Portimão facing the port and the sea. Great value for money.
Housekeeping not every day.
